AC compressor went out Sunday, they showed up and confirmed compressor was locked up. Even showed me the capacitors were working and how many amps the compressor was pulling trying to start. Gave me a fair quote for a new AC unit, no high pressure sales at all! New unit installed and everyone was very professional, helpful and courteous. They have a lifetime customer with me!

Used these people once and I will never use them again!
I was quoted one price on the phone and after the service of replacing a fuse, I was charged almost double the phone quote. In my opinion they are not trustworthy and some would say dishonest. The customer sure doesn't come first with this company, Allied A/C of Conroe. Just a word to the wise, look else where for your A/C needs.

Friendly. Reliable. Intelligent. Honest. From the moment they take your call to conclusion of the repairs, these people do not disappoint. I feel like they give you every option possible and they have reasonable prices when a repair or replacement is necessary. The AC went out in our home this afternoon around 3:00 and I called Allied for help. They sent someone out within an hour and are working past "quitting time" to get it fixed before the holiday weekend. My husband and I are so appreciative of their prompt service! I would highly recommend this company!
