This was the most straight forward and honest a/c call I have ever experienced. Another company dishonestly told me I needed a new coil and maybe full system - $4k-$10k. Cody let me know that was not the case, and was able to clean out our very clogged drain and install access for us to maintain the drain going forward. I will never call another a/c company again! HIGHLY recommend Cody, Paul, and the great folks at Diamond.

In 2019 we shopped long & hard to identify a reputable company to replace an air conditioning unit at a believable and fair cost. Diamond rose to the top on all counts including post installation satisfaction and service follow-up. Who gets same day follow-up service in the middle of July in Houston? Diamond rose to the occasion to demonstrate they stand behind their work and value their customers. Thankfully, our issue turned out to be "operator error"! As for the original problem, another company informed us two of three units were malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Diamond replaced only

I would highly recommend Diamond Heating & Air for any air conditioner / heater problems you may have. They are very honest and do excellent work. They replaced my entire a/c & heating unit & all the duct work for a very reasonable price. The crew worked steadily until it was complete and left no mess, hauling everything off with them the same day. They even rescheduled me for an early date than was originally scheduled because the weather was turning cold. They are awesome!
