Shaun was very professional and extremely knowledgeable when diagnosing my issue. The whole experience was pleasant from scheduling, pricing, and timeliness. Carl’s Quality called in advance of the visit to re-confirm the appointment and then inform us that the technician was on the way. The technician (Shaun) arrived as scheduled. He was polite and very competent. He had all of the necessary parts, tools and equipment for the job. Frequently with other venders I have to provide some tools that they did not bring due to poor planning. Sometimes I don’t have the tools that they need. Shaun performed the job efficiently and very professionally. We are pleased with the outcome and will continue to utilize Carl’s Quality.

From the initial consultation on, Carl’s was fantastic. Justin did an excellent job assessing our current needs and making sure we understood our options. The installation crew; Marvin, Elvis, Isaac, and Isaac were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
