Got treated by a super rude doctor. I was having a panic attack but at the time I didn’t know this, as it was all new to me. My body was shaking uncontrollably, I felt like I couldn’t breathe, I had severe pain in my chest, heart palpitations, hot flashes etc. anyone who has had a panic attack knows what I’m talking about. The doctor told me he saw me outside shaking, and said I needed to be in a mental hospital. He said “yeah I saw you outside shaking! You’re crazy! Look at you! Very nice clean facility!Great service and patient support given. Mary in preopt kind &reassuring as she prepped me she was great! Dr Lo was patient as he explained his protocol he was great. Front lobby ladies were efficient & friendly as they tested my temp & completed registration. My op nurse was ready to go. My doctor Coleman had a awesome team 10/21/21

The staff at this Hospital are Extremely Unprofessional, and Un-Clean !!
On several occasions, during my visit, I watched as the nurse and staff would pick up droped items on the floor, and never wash there hands. Then touch key boards, pens, and forms, paper work. Passing it back and forth to one another.
If your not really that sick when you get here, there's a pretty good chance you will be when you get home.
The staff at this location was also extremely rude. The answers that they provided to there patience and their families were always very short and with a lot of negative attitude.

My husband job sends him here to get tested when needed. So we’ve been coming as a family since last year to get tested every other month. We did get tested last month and they did not call us or email us, but I’m assuming they didn’t have our emails on the forms that day. we usually sign up online but their link hasn’t worked on my end… so before you leave their parking lot… I’d make sure to give them an email / phone number so they can email/text ur result

I was feeling super sick and came here to be seen cause I didn’t want to drive too far. They listened; They checked and I was given fluids (which I needed) & some medicine for nausea. Nice people. Friendly staff. Didn’t like how messy it was when given IV. But it was 1 in the morning when I came so I understand nurse was probably tired.
