Services
Highlander Home Health Care, LLC is a freestanding Personal Care Agency licensed in the State of Wisconsin. It was founded by Richard Chao Vang in 2005 to provide personal care services to the communities in Milwaukee and surrounding counties. We serve people of all culture and have a multilingual professional staff to help those who may have language barriers.
The personal care services we offer at Highlander Home Health Care, LLC provides hands-on assistance to people who need help with activities of daily living. With the help of our diligent staff and our exceptional services, our patients can be able to live their lives as normal as possible. Aging and other factors such as injuries and health conditions can make it difficult for people to bathe themselves.
Find out about the people who will be collaborating with you and your loved ones for your care. After a patient is admitted by the Admission Nurse, he/she is assigned to an RN Case Manager who will be the primary nurse for the patient. The RN Case Manager will make a home visit every 50-60 days to re-evaluate the patient's condition.

Highlander does not provide patient to PCW, so you will need to have your own patient(s) by the time when you submit your employment application along with the patient's intake information. I went to drop off an application recently. I've never experienced such a cold, rude approach in such an agency. I saw one staff sitting down, occupied on a phone call and the other girl approached me to take my application and patient's items. The girl sitting down, although she wasn't helping me, snatched the patient's insurance card and said "We don't take this, or this!" as she snatched the second card. First it would have been fine if the lady who took the application initially was able to finish her job and explain that to me. Second the manner in which that was done was completely unprofessional
