Best salon I have ever been too! Every single time Naam gives me an even better cut/color/ style then I imagined. They have high standards and always give the best results. I love how they teach you as they work too. I have learned so much about my hair and how to manage my hair from home after my appointments. Naam is so creative and genuinely loves what she does!

Naam is amazing she takes her time and takes a lot of pride and pays attention to detail she is absolutely easy to talk to and is important to me when your sitting in a chair for a few hrs getting foil and extensions she not only does absolutely amazing with hair but takes the time to show how to make your look last how to take care of hair extensions so you get the most for your money her prices are fair she brings out the beautiful Empress within every woman not only does she do hair but a full stocked salon with eyelash extensions and much much more out of all the hair salons in Tacoma this

Naam is outstanding. She listens to what I want and makes it so. She has cut my hair and also trimmed my hair, every time it’s exactly what I want. I have thick curly hair that I like to wear either curly, wavy or straight. She has taught me how to take care of my hair so it is as healthy as possible and I feel even more confident thanks to her. ***Update: again, we were not disappointed. My kids both wanted color. Adriana went above and beyond! She accommodated our schedules and came in late so that I wouldn't have to pull the kids from school. She also went out of her way to reschedule things so that I only had to come in once instead of two separate appointments. She taught the kids how to care for

Naam is a lovely, but after spending a total of ~500 my hair is not what it should have been. I was left with orange, and when everything grew out, my hair looked like a candy corn. 3 colors where there should have been 2. I am now going to another stylist who is attempting to fix the issue. She cannot believe how much I paid for this mess. This salon is also way overpriced. They charge you $30 every time they have to get more color or bleach.--which is a total rip off and will increase your bill significantly. A stylist should always want fresh product, so you make a bit at a time, not charge

I cannot say enough good things about Naam! My hair was a literal disaster and she completely transformed it! I have have had my hair done all over the country including NY and she is by far THE BEST I have ever had. She gets to know your hair, offers advice on how to best care for your individual hair and is full of great conversations. My hair is super curly and very particular and so I am always super cautious when to getting my hair done. I do my research where ever I go. There is no one better, hands down!

I got my hair done my Adriana, and she is top notch! I asked for highlights, and brought in a picture (I honestly wasn't sure if I wanted all blonde or just highlights), so we did the 1st round and it wasn't quite as blonde as I wanted, and my hair was still fairly dark). She asked me if i wanted to go lighter, and when I told her I want it to "pop" and be much more noticeable - she dove right back in and the outcome was PERFECT!!! (and honestly she did a REALLY great job the 1st time, but it was just much too subtle for me). She listened to my concerns, and worked with me

I had previously gotten a haircut at a cheaper salon & the result left me crying. I was debating whether I should even post the before because of how embarrassing it was, but I had to show off the transformation & Naam’s work. I came to Natchaya salon hoping Naam could help fix my hair. The transformation left me staring at every mirror that I passed. I absolutely love it & am so thankful to Naam for helping me feel beautiful again. 10/10 experience, she even gave me tips on how to style & take care of my hair at home. Never going to a different salon again, it’s definitely worth the price

I got my eyelashes permed by Adriana, my experience was not so well. She was finishing up on another client while I was sitting with perm solution. No big deal.I had to call her name out because my eye was burning at the second step of the service, I know she forgot about me. Also, not once did she wash her hands she just went straight to me from the other room. At the end I walked out upset I told her I did not see any difference on my eyelashes. Honestly my $5 eyelash curler does more for me then a $75 perm. As a stylist you never let a client walk out upset you try to make it right! I posted

I hadn't had my hair done in 3 years, so I needed a lot of work. Naam took the time to listen to what I wanted. Then she explained exactly what it was she was going to and even broke down the cost per item so I wouldn't be surprised at the end.
I needed a cut and decided to do a bayalage. Only issue was, I had some blue and green left over from a home dye job done months before. Naam was able to remove most of the blue/green from my hair and successfully do the bayalage. And oh my God did she do an amazing job! I look fantastic and have the boost of confidence I was looking for!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My mother got her hair cut here today by Adriana. She provided a picture of what she wanted and walked away with an uneven cut, nearly a mens haircut and feeling terrible about how she looked. Do not go here. You're better off at super cuts. I'm absolutely livid with the woman who destroyed my mother's confidence at a time of grief. Horrific.

I'm extremely satisfied with my hair and Adriana and the owner. They are so extremely friendly and very welcoming. I got there about 8 min early for my appointment and they started on me right away. I showed Adriana the picture of what I wanted done (I knew it probably wouldn't be exactly like the picture but I wanted something similar), and Adriana worked her magic. She truly took her time to do my hair and make sure I was completely satisfied with it. She chit chatted with me while she washed my hair and did my hair which made me feel welcomed too. She also recommended me this awesome

Just want to say this salon is amazing! if you hate awkward interactions with ppl you don't know, don't worry about that here. From the moment you walk in the door it feels like you're seeing an old friend. Naam is so welcoming. My first time here, I seen Saori and she was so kind and fun to talk to. Second time I seen Naam and she is so funny and really tries to see what haircut would fit your lifestyle. I'm so glad I found this salon

Great haircut at a reasonable price! I recently saw Naam for the first time and am a customer for life. She really knows her stuff and seems to enjoy educating along the way - on everything from hair care, to how to style my hair. I received the best haircut I've had in years, and also appreciated that I could purchase some products but was not pushed or oversold on product.

This is by far the best place to get your hair done. Naam truly cares about not only doing the best job possible for your hair but also educating you.
