When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available. Absolutely WONDERFUL! My little Lady loved the staff and they made her feel comfortable and gave her lots of allergy free treats! I just moved to Billings a year ago and I now found a vet I will be returning to! 🥰

The doctors and techs all care about your pets. The results of bloodwork are explained in detail. I have been bringing my fur babies to Shiloh for many years and recommend the staff highly.

Love the vet but had several negative experiences with the same front desk person who was very rude and impatient. Having worked at a fast-paced animal clinic myself, and at the front desk, I found this to be a deal breaker for me. There's no excuse for blatant grumpiness to clients. Especially when you are billing them exorbitant amounts for simple services. Between the prices and the poor service, I will not go back.

Once again, we are so grateful that we can take our dogs to Shiloh when needs arise, small and large. Today was a pretty important one, and our new pup received great care. Thanks again. We know that you see that our dogs are family.

As with every new town we live in where do we board our little puppies when we go out of town??
Did the usual searches and made a few phone calls, we ended up at Shiloh Vet Hospital.
What nice people they are. Little Jack n Jill came home after a week is awesome condition, telling me these folks looked after our puppies very well!
We are very thankful.
Not only were the staff professional, friendly and nice, they sent pic's of our little ones ever couple of days. That was so thoughtful of them and made Momma very happy that the puppies were OK!

I'm writing this review without our dog ever really having any care/service done. So this is preemptive and I'm not sure about pricing, etc.

On that note, I HIGHLY recommend this vet hospital. The staff has been nothing but accommodating and patient with our very anxious pit-bull/boxer dog. Our dog has previous shown high anxiety with vet visits (in a different state) and we called to ask about "happy" visits for her. To date, we have done 3 "happy" visits. Each time, just about every one on the staff has taken time to interact with her and provided lots of loves

I have to say that I'm a little disappointed with Shilo at the moment. I went there last Saturday and had a Yelp coupon for $28.00. When I presented it at the front desk, no one knew what to do. I was told the office manager would look into it on Monday and I have yet to hear back. I like going through Yelp, but find this highly disappointing. The reason I'm dropping my rating to a 2 is because of misrepresentations. My bill came to approximately $290.00 and the 28 off would of helped.

Rude, Impatient, and Judgmental!
Front desk staff needs to take a lesson in customer service. I received a letter stating I could no longer bring my dog as a patient because they assumed I was being disrespectful and rude. When asked why they only gave me one reason...:
i.e. I was playing with my dog in a room with a window, when I tapped on it for him to get up on a bench to see through it because he heard another dog barking. In their notes they perceived this as "being impatient and disrespectful, frantically tapping on the window for someone's attention". If that was

This is the place where we trust all our pets, whether its grooming, boarding, or medical needs. The doctors, Bertino and Cook are just awesome. The staff is always very friendly. They always follow up and show our pets lots of love.
