So, our shower faucets were leaking in both bathrooms, and we needed both pretty well and truly replaced. We called around for pricing and estimates, and everyone was saying they'd need to take out some tile from the wall to fix our specific problem. It did take a little bit to schedule an appointment, but that's this time of year, they scheduled the first appointment they had available. We just got our services finished up, took half the time expected, and was $1k cheaper than expected, with professionals who knew what they were doing, and were cheery the entire time. Chris replaced our old water heater and also replaced some old piping that had started to drip. His workmanship was excellent ensuring the new piping work was neat and as unobtrusive as possible in the unfinished basement. He is very personable, listening to our requests and explaining options. Sophie was prompt on arrival and conducted herself very professionally the entire visit. She quickly troubleshooted and diagnosed the problem, respectfully moved about the house to find root cause, then wrote up a proposal with 3 options for solution. I chose one and she did the repair right then and there. Also, after running some water tests, she crafted another proposal with 3 more options and I selected replacing the water softener entirely. Very thorough, did an in-home maintenance check. Very courteous, gave me several ideas to keep drains running freely and checked my water heater and garbage disposal. We had a leak in a second floor shower that flooded our kitchen. After talking to 3 other companies that could not help us for several days a friend recommended JD Services. My wife called them and they said they could be out within 2 hours.
Theron was the technician they sent and he showed up on time. He was professional, clean, and got the job done quick! Discovered a leak under the kitchen sink and called. On the upside, they did send someone same day. I was given an estimate which I signed. The lady plumber they'd sent couldn't loosen what she needed to. Kept thinking a burly man might be dispatched. Nope. Was told she could just leave at that point for a mere $250 ~ or she could cut off my perfectly-functioning garbage disposal and install a different one. Was given a new estimate. We had JD Service Now over yesterday to help us figure out why our water wasn't getting hot enough to fill the garden tub in our new home. John, the sales manager, was AMAZING at explaining all of our options. He understood that we weren't able to replace the water heater now (what eventually needs to happen) and helped us choose a temporary fix that made the most sense. The two technicians were friendly and did solid work. They stayed until nearly 7pm on a Friday (!) just to get the job done. We signed up for an annual membership because we were so pleased with the service.

Install new shower From July to October !!!!!!!!!! their plumbers reworked something and this Monday we took a shower for the first time and, - weak pressure in the shower - one body spray does not work - the handles "look" in different directions - the main shower without the Adapter Filter Mesh is very noisy - the sink faucets both jumped but one jumped heavily - it was replaced and the second jumped a little and the last plumber said that he could not repair it ??

I had to go as far as to install yelp because JD Service now is so lame that i had to review them. They took my call recorded my address, made me wait 24 hours in the North Carolina August heat then called me back to let me know they didnt come to my area. The same area i told them i lived in the same area they recorded and checked with a zip code. Sounds like they don't know what they are doing huh.
