I was really nervous about going to a salon to get my hair cut. I'd never gotten what I asked for at a salon until today! I was probably annoyingly particular due to past experiences, but Reign was incredibly sweet and patient with me and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for.
I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend Joncen Phi Salon to anyone/everyone! The other staff were also very friendly. :)

When I called to make an appointment with my daughter I confirmed pricing over the phone. While my daughter was getting her hair done the stylist said she needed to speak with the owner about pricing. I was told that my daughter would be charged for an adult cut because she had so much hair. They charged me extra to wash and style her hair! We walked out of there paying $80 PLUS tip. My daughter may have hair down to the middle of her back but it's not unbelievably thick or anything. We have been to several salons and have never been up charged. A child cut is a child's cut. Vlora is the first stylist I plan on booking again after 10 yrs. I hate getting my hair cut, would rather do it myself, but my new promotion at work requires I look professional AF. If youre actual cut is fantastic, looking polished is 1000% easier. She truly set me at ease and is amazing at her craft. Trust her. She was meticulous and actually LISTENED. I got exactly what I wanted. Yall better over tip bc 55 is a STEAL for her time!

Really nice staff and environment! However I have been trying to grow out layers that I didn't like and asked them not to cut short face framing layers, which is exactly what they did. Hair grows back and it'll be fine, but it felt frustrating that the one thing I wanted wasn't done! Maybe they couldn't hear me over the mask? overall it felt rushed.

I haven’t had my hair done professionally in about 4 to 5 years and am always hesitant because I have naturally curly hair. I decided to book at Joncen Phi because they had good reviews. I am so HAPPY with my results and the whole experience was lovely. They are very professional and tell you what you are going to pay once you are in the chair before they get started. I booked with Ariana and was so happy to know she’s worked with girls with hair like mine. She listened to everything I asked for, especially with taking care of my natural hair. I can definitely say I will be booking here again

They're awful with blondes. I went in to try and get a cute and subtle light strawberry blonde, the color I went in with was closer to the color I actually wanted. I had a consultation and showed so many pictures of light blonde. I left the salon with blonde bangs, reddish brown hair, and red roots. She took 5 hours and charged $580. When I kept asking why it was so dark she was like just trust me. At the end of the visit I asked if she could make it lighter then she was like no that's what happens when you add more red to the hair. I've never had a salon taken so long on my hair

I went to go change up my hair and i got to say I DO NOT REGRET IT. My hairdresser was Adam and he made my hair look the best its ever been. I cannot recommend him enough. He listened to what i wanted and was able to quickly interpret what style i was going for. Will definitely be going back.

I have been unhappy with my hair for awhile now. After having my hair done with many different salons/stylists I came to the resolution that regardless of how many different stylists/salons I try I needed to accept that it must be my age/hormones/medical reasons that was causing me to be unhappy with my hair . No matter what I did or how much money I had spent to get my hair done, I was never completely happy with the end results. I had determined it wasn't the stylist but me.
Happily, I can now say I was definitely wrong. I just needed the right stylist. I'm so happy

I moved to AZ recently and brought along with me some hair woes. Damaged hair that wouldn't grow after years of extensions. After coming to Joncen Phi to see Vlora, my hair is FINALLY growing and looking healthier. She not only does an awesome job with cut and style, she is very knowledgeable about what to do to get your hair healthy again! It's awesome to have a stylist that understands and knows how to treat damaged hair.
The salon is also a very stylish and comfortable to be in. The staff is super nice. I also love the electronic reminders of appointments and the ability to book appointments

My experience at this salon has always been great. I have been going to Vlora for my balayage and cut for the last year and she's amazing! Her attention to detail and understanding of how to cut and get my dark, thick hair to lighten is so hard to find in the Chandler area. Definitely recommend going to her if you have dark and thick hair because she'll take the time to make sure your hair is blended and healthy - she's the best!

Cindy was amazing! I was a new client and she took such great care of me. She was so thorough and meticulous with my hair, and is highly skilled with Balayage. I am new to this area and was looking for a hair salon. After reading the reviews I decided on Joncen Phi Salon and I was NOT disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised when Joncen himself cut my hair and he gave me exactly what I asked for. This man can cut hair! I can't wait for my hair to grow so I can go back. I hemmed and hawed over which salon to go to for a balayage and settled on Joncen Phi for its fantastic reviews and photos. My stylist was very nice, but unfortunately I didn't get what I wanted. Perhaps part of it was that I didn't communicate enough of what I had in mind, but not only was the color not what I wanted, but parts of my hair did not get blended very well either. I gave it a week to see if I just needed to get used to the change, but now that some time has passed, I think I need to get these issues corrected.

I love this salon!! I've been looking for a go-to hair salon for years and I've finally found it with Joncen Phi Salon!!! The salon is very modern, elegant and clean. The staff was super nice and they checked me in on time with no wait. I'm very picky with how I want my hair to look but I really trusted Joncen and his process and the turnout was amazing! He makes everyone feel super comfortable. 100/10 would recommend to anyone who's looking for their go-to hair salon!

3/10; if you have curly hair, don’t come here. I’ve been here multiple times, asking for my hair to be dyed or a correction, and it took multiple visits with me spending $200+ each time. I never got the look I wanted after about 4 visits. Super frustrated because the stylists are super sweet and always talk with me and compliment my hair but I (with my mom and dad’s help) have spent more than $1000 here and never got results );

1. The salon is decorated so cute and it makes you feel so comfortable! It was very clean.
2. Ariana is your girl! Sometimes in the past I felt uncomfortable talking to my other stylists because I don’t love small talk but it was NOT that way with Ariana. She’s so easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. She’s a very happy person.
3. I cut my bangs myself and totally messed them up, when I came into the salon Ariana fixed it like it was nothing. She’s very good at what she does and you can tell she’s really experienced and confident in her work. I love how my hair turned out

The salon was very clean and elegantly designed, the person who greeted me was very friendly and courteous, Ashley, my designer, listened attentively to what I wanted done with my hair. I got my hair done by Jane and it came out amazing! They were able to take me from a reddish brown to a platinum blonde in one sitting (not a normal occurrence so don’t base your reaults on mine). The cut turned out super cute as well. I was not feeling so confident about my hair and they were able to help turn that around! Thank you!
