This place is extremely unorganized. I had called and made an appointment a week prior. I come in and they tell me they have no record of my appointment... what? The last time I went in they switched my hairstylist without even letting me know. I have spent a lot of money in this place and do not feel it is worth it. Go to luxe salon a few stores down instead.

I love this salon! I wanted to schedule an appointment to fix a botched cut and color and was able to get in the same day. Milana was so sweet and walked me through what we could do to fix it. She made me feel totally comfortable, and it looks better than I could have hoped for! The salon is clean, cute, and relaxing. Pricing and location are also great!! I will definitely be back!!

After my first visit, I was disappointed as I didn't leave with the color I envisioned. But after speaking with the owner, she got me back in ASAP free of charge to correct the color so that I was happy with it. Everyone is so kind and understanding, made what could have been a horrible/awkward experience into a great one!

I called this salon to schedule another appointment with Brandon. I was shocked to find he no longer worked there. I was at a loss for words. The receptionist was not at all sympathetic. She cut me off asking if she could put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back to ask for Randy. She rudely said you want to book a cut with Randy. We don't have a Randy here. I said no Randy is the owner. That's when I learned they were under new ownership. I was more than willing to give them a try.

Margaret was wonderful! She listened to everything I had to say and looked at the pictures I brought to give her an idea of what I wanted. She did exactly what I asked for and gave me some great tips on how to style it myself. Everyone at the salon was friendly and the atmosphere was very professional. Great experience!

I had a Color/Balayage with Style done and it looks wonderful!!! My hair looks so much better after working with Sabrina Talley. She was so knowledgeable, experienced, creative, and talented. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking of and she recommended I work with a warm tone and add in dimensions with brown coloring so my hair didn't look all blonde. I am very happy with the results and will be returning soon!
