We are a locally-based company that offers quality homes and service to current and future residents of Greenville and surrounding areas of South Carolina.

My wife and I were transferring to Greenville from Minnesota. We contacted Jenielle at JPmac Properties regarding a home for rent and she treated us with professionalism and enthusiasm. In fact she ended up showing us 3 properties she thought we might be interested in. I would highly reccomend contacting this property management company and Jeneille for any rental needs you have in the Greenville area.

I've known Jenielle for over ten years and she's never shown anything other than kind professionalism. She managed two properties that I leased and there were never any problems throughout the process(s). Personally, she has always been friendly and upbeat which I saw reflected in her property management. I understand people have bad experiences from time to time, but knowing Jenielle like it I do it seems some of these negative reviews are a little over the top based on my personal and professional with her.

1. Jenielle's asst showed us the 1st location because Jenielle was out of town. This girl had been there a whole year & seemed to know nothing about the house we were viewing & had a difficult time answering any of my questions.
2. We decided to apply for a different house. All seemed to be going well, including Jenielle removing this home from the market, as she felt sure our application would be approved. We immediately addressed

Looking back of this past year's transition, I can't say enough good things about Property Manager Jenielle and her crew. They delivered what they promised each time Promptly. Our microwave stopped working Thursday night, after 1 communication on Friday, a brand new stainless steel one show up Saturday morning, installed. No one can avoid wear and tear, appliances won't last forever, but the request and response time has no gap in between. I would recommend Jenielle to anyone who is looking to rent or for rent. And I just know I can count on her all the time, every time!

Both myself (landlord) and renters felt the same way about this company; UNPROFESSIONAL... **STAY AWAY**
I will give a few examples why:
1. My contract stated 4 quarterly walk throughs per year. I only had one walk through and Jenielle did not even do the walk through!
My renters said it was a man they had never met before and renters were unaware that Jenielle herself would not to do the walk through and I was never notified of this either.
When I asked Jenielle about the walk throughs at the end of our contract (when I found out she only did 1 walk through instead of 4) she simply stated
