Jennifer has always been great to me and always informative. Now, I don't know if she's gone & they have someone new, but I have had 3 water leaks recently. The response time is horrible. Last week's water leak took 18 hrs just to get a response. I called & texted emergency line, put it in online, and Called the property manager. It took 20 hrs for anyone to show. My 1st water leak put my water bill over $200. My normal water bill is $53 every 2 months. This last leak was a hot water leak. The guy that came to fix it made my daughter feel very uncomfortable at her place of employment. He vented

Jennifer has always done a great job for us. She has managed a small mobile home park and a single family home. She is honest, hard-working, and prompt when dealing with tenant issues. When repairs have been needed she uses quality contractors who charge fair prices. She has always looked out for our best interest. I highly recommend Trinity Property Management.

Jennifer has been managing my properties since 2007. I think she is the best. I completely trust her in all areas. I live out of state and have actually only visited, my properties that she is managing, two times in those years. She gets maximum rents and everything runs smoothly and is handled without headache. If tenants don't pay she has done all the leg work for me to get those situations handled. Knowing that my properties are well taken care of makes being a real estate investor so much easier.
