Love it here, been coming for years.. everyone is friendly and always welcoming. Juan Carlos is an amazing instructor with a flair for making each person feel at home and at ease with learning something new. He caters to all young old, all levels and races. Just a great place to workout while having a great time.

Great place to excercise. The Zumba classes are my cardio workout I have lost 25 lbs & kept them off for five years. The instructor Juan Carlos Chaves keeps me motivated and pushed me to keep working harder I have made many friends that keep me motivated. This is my home away from home "My Happy Hour" The instructor makes everybody feel welcome. I highly recommended to loose weight or just to have fun.
