I've worked with other trainers before but Chris is really cream of the crop. He is supportive but firm - he doesn't put up with nonsense but at the same time keeps you accountable and helps you believe in yourself. I'm not super athletic but exercise is my "me time." Having a plan, and a push when I'm feeling lazy, is so helpful that I've seen some real change in myself. If you're looking to do something good for yourself, sign up with Chris!

OpsFit1 is the best trainer I’ve found.
TL;DR: Operator Fitness, or OpsFit, is a great concept with really fantastic execution, easy to understand workouts, customized nutrition, and all on your schedule since it’s online and virtual coaching. Read on if you’re interested!
I love to workout, but never know what to do at the gym. So I wander around for 20 minutes then get on a treadmill for 30 and leave. Not at all effective.

Ive trained with Coach Chris for a couple of years now both in person and by Online Fitness Coaching. He's also helped me with my nutrition plans. I highly recommend Coach Chris. Signing up with OpsFit after finals was the best idea ever! I'm in law school so I don't have time to fight traffic to meet a trainer, but I need some exercise because all I do is sit, eat, and study. Now I get my workouts and, bonus, the meal plans save me time during the week because I don't have to think of what to eat - the menu is set and I've prepped for the week. Just heat it and eat it!
Making time to exercise has made me more efficient with my time and it helps clear my head. Thanks to Chris, I'm set to start the new semester mentally and physically healthy.

My doctor told me I needed to lose some weight but I didn't know where to start. I signed up for a 3 month subscription with Chris at Operator Fitness and he put me on the right track with both exercise and meal planning. Next time I went to the doctor, I weighed in 10lbs lighter! Feeling good about this so I'm going to keep at it.

Coach Chris is an excellent trainer. He's a leader and a motivator. When I had questions he answered them through his smartphone app. The package that I signed up for was inexpensive compared to other trainers. He provided me my workout, 2 e-books that he has written on nutrition and supplementation. He sent me a complete workout plan through his smartphone application. I asked him to help me lose some pounds and get me physically prepared to join the United States Marine Corps 4 months before I shipped out for bootcamp at MCRD Peris Island last year.
