We are an art and play based preschool located in central Alameda. We see the importance of creating an environment where children feel safe and comfortable and where play and learning become one. We encourage children to explore their surroundings, create on their own and express themselves. The children become active learners engaging in a curriculum enriched with art, science, music, cooking, gardening and literature.

We understand that children need to have free unstructured time, to explore their surroundings, create on their own and express themselves as individuals.
We are a private, family owned, art and play based preschool, located in central Alameda at 1510 Encinal Avenue. We seek to accept a diverse population of preschool children ranging in ages from two to five within the limits of our facility, regardless of race, gender or religious background. We are licensed for sixty six children a day and have eight full time teachers on our staff.
