My stepfather died October 1, 2018. I have contacted this business on several occasions for a copy of the bill. Since my mom is a veterans widow, paperwork is required for her to receive her benefits. Funeral director has repeatedly denied my mom’s request on several occasions. The board has been called for interference in this matter. It should not be so difficult for a wife to receive Pertinent papers for survival.

The Palmer Memorial Chapel mishandled the funeral of my grandfather, on February 8, 2018. On February 7, 2018, the immediate family members (including myself) arrived at the Palmer Memorial Chapel for a private viewing of my Grandfather and to complete the contractual agreement for the funeral on February 8, 2018. Part of the contractual agreement required payment in full (more the $12,000) This payment was made in full. The immediate family was told by the general manager that the funeral transportation would pick up the immediate family from 412 Bradbury street at 9:45 p.m.

Did work for this funeral firm out of state. Was never paid for any of the work. The owner said on multiple occasions she was a "woman of integrity" and would be paying for the contracted work, but now refuses. She also told the daughter that she should have read the contract more closely. Beware of this firm.

The quality of service begin the moment that Palmer Memorial Chapel was called that my mother had expired. Although my mother had expressed her wishes for her Homegoing. There was still details that needed to be addressed and planned. We were given excellent guidance from the beginning to the end. I hope I don't have to use their service any time soon; but if it is necessary, I would.
