Dental care is vital to the overall health of any animal. Dental disease leads to health issues with the heart, liver, and kidneys, and can affect the entire body through the bloodstream. In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population in Wilmington, DE.
We are proud to offer laser therapy for our patients. Laser procedures allow us to reduce the bleeding and swelling of surgery, making it both safer and less invasive. Laser therapy also reduces pain and recovery time, helping your pet get back to their normal self more quickly. We are dedicated to utilizing the highest standard of veterinary technology, and laser therapy is one of the ways in which we stay on the cutting edge of our field.

My family has taken animals to this practice for many, many years. The staff members have always been empathetic and professional. When I recently had to put my beloved dog Frances down, she was first gently carried to see all the techs to say good-bye and then Dr. Quigley held my hand during the procedure. I then received paw and nose prints as well as a beautiful card signed by all. I miss them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My senior beagle, Mickey, saw Dr. Chen for acupuncture for back pain caused by arthritis and potential IVDD. During the initial consultation, Dr. Chen went through a detailed list of questions to determine which type of acupuncture would be best and explained the process very thoroughly. We continued seeing Dr. Chen for acupuncture once a week until he was back to his normal self. I was amazed with the results as Mickey was noticeably perkier even after just one appointment and was able to sleep much better. If/when his back issues flair up again, we will definitely be back for some more sessions
