Rachel is so lovely. I haven't had a hair cut since July 2019, and when I finally found time to go get a cut I'm glad I chose Salon Tate. Rachel is SO sweet and listened to every little thing I said I wanted for my hair and gave me such nice long modern layers, I really can say that a hair cut can shave a few years of a persons life and look, thank you Rachel! Coming back in January for my next cut. :)

Before I set up the appointment, I specifically noted that I have many years of experience with Davines and maintain tight control over my formula. I sent the formula in advance and walked in the door with the formula, but Rachel insisted in making the call herself despite my asking to see the swatches. Rachel got it wrong--I ended up with too much gold in the highlights. After playing phone tag with the salon manager Katie, she also dismissed my need for future input and insisted that that her stylists could not maintain transparency about the formula or negotiate the color and formula in advance

First time at the salon after a recommendation from a friend (longtime customer). Josh asked me what I wanted in a cut and listened patiently. Very happy and will be returning. He did exactly as we discussed and I came away with a beautiful precession cut. I've already had compliments! The salon was spotless and had a nice, calm environment.

I love love love my stylist and have followed her to many different salons. I also like the other stylists and management at Tate. What I didn't like and made my jaw drop was that only three of us were wearing masks in the whole salon, my stylist, the receptionist ( half the time) and me. I am am a health care worker and see first hand everyday the effects of the pandemic, so to walk in and see all almost all the stylists and all ( other than me) the clients mask free?? I almost left. What a shame such a great salon sets such a poor example and standard for safety. Spend a day in my shoes and I

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon and it’s staff! As a former stylist it can be difficult sometimes to sit back and put your trust in someone else. Not the case at Salon TATE! Maribeth is my stylist and she is amazing. Josh cuts my son’s hair and he is amazing. I’ve had cuts before from Katie and Tim. Also AMAZING! It’s clear to see that everyone there is well trained and professional. From the second you walk in to be greeted by the friendly face of Danielle, take in the simple sophistication of the salon you know you’re in the right place! I would recommend this

Salon TATE has a great, upbeat, and clean environment with a very friendly staff. Tim does an amazing job styling/cutting my hair. He helps recommend changes to enhance the cut and always has a positive attitude. Looking for a new place to go when needing your hair cut/styled can be very stressful however I would highly recommend giving Salon TATE a chance.

Tim has been cutting my hair for 32 years. He is an excellent stylist, is courteous and I'm always thrilled with my hair cut and color. I've followed him to multiple salons over the years and Salon Tate is by far my most favorite. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they are always willing to work me in despite my hectic schedule, and I always enjoy my time there.

I have been getting my hair done with Tim for close to 20 years. He is the color guru for picking the exact right shade to compliment my look. I frequently receive compliments on how natural the color looks and my hair texture is soft and silky despite the processing. He is also an expert stylist and is very exacting when cutting. I once had to get my hair done in a NYC salon and they knew of Tim once the stylist discovered I was from Ft Myers. If anyone is looking for an exceptional color and hair stylist please make a date with Tim. You will not be disappointed after being in his chair!

I had an 11:30 appointment for a first time color and cut with Tim, but despite having sat at the salon until after 12, I never met him. He was running late, and didn't bother to come out and introduce himself or apologize for running late. I had a 1:30 appointment elsewhere, with someone whose time I am considerate of and was concerned about making it on time. I asked the receptionist, who was lovely, for an update. When she returned I was told verbatim "Tim is very laid back and when I asked him how much longer he would be he said 'oh, she can wait'".

I have been going to Salon Tate since they opened. The salon is clean and beautiful.
Katie is so creative and very professional. I love the cut and she always finds the right color for my look. What I really like is that she individualizes each cut and color for her clients. I am never disappointed. All the people that work at the salon are very friendly.

I went to Salon Tate for help with dry and thinning hair due to prescribed medication I was taking. I was afraid of losing my hair. Josh was fabulous in applying and helping me to find the right products to revive my hair. Today my hair is full and beautiful. Everyone asks me where I get my hair done, because it is always stylish, beautiful hair color and healthy looking. If you need someone to give you a new fabulous look, go see Josh at Salon Tate. From the moment I walked in I was impressed! This salon is sleek, clean, and gorgeous! I was greeted by the receptionist who took me to meet my stylist, Josh. He was super professional and very thorough about asking questions about hair care and what I wanted for the end result. I appreciated him listening and I felt super comfortable. While I was processing he did a man's hair and when he finished I still had 10 minutes left. I've never been to a salon that you weren't waiting because of poor time management!! Josh was the stylist who did my hair (both cut and color) this week and I'm obsessed. He knew exactly what I wanted done and executed it perfectly. My grays (he called them "sparklers" :) are now covered and my highlights are fresh for summer! he also evened out my hair a little bit after my last cut left one side feeling heavy. I have thick, pretty curly hair and he was unfazed by my crazy mane. Some stylists aren't sure what to do with thick hair or curls, and he did an incredible job. They also use Davines products which I LOVE and work so well on my hair. The salon itself
