Services
It is important to know that teachers at The Children's Corner have experience with young children and are eager to learn through reading and attending workshops and conferences. They are able to work with other teachers for the benefit of the children and the school. Our teachers are warm and affectionate without sentimentality or favoritism.
Preschool is a special place for children. It is a place for children to feel happy and secure, and a place where children can learn to trust adults other than mom and dad. Learning to share, take turns, and try new experiences are all part of the preschool experience. We realize that children are different and that they should be treated as individuals.
Small classes of 8-9 children, guided by one teacher and an assistant, meet for one session per week. Children experience individual, small group, or whole group activities in a loving, nurturing environment.
