Polly Panda Preschool began in 1984 and remains one of the only family-owned preschools in the Indianapolis area. We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We offer a variety a full and part-time programs. Breakfast, two snacks and lunch are provided each day.
We are a Paths to Quality provider and our team of educated and experienced teachers provide high quality early childhood learning environments. Children engage in learning through developmentally appropriate activities.

Polly Panda Preschool was born in 1984 out of my desire to offer the Indianapolis community a new and better choice for early childhood education that fit within the schedule of working families. As a teacher and the mother of three, I discovered there were often two pathways for parents to take with their preschool children.
Polly Panda Preschool and Bridgford Kindergarten is a Paths to Quality provider. Our staff is trained in First Aid, Universal Precautions and Infant/Child CPR. We believe children should have fun learning that's why our teachers work hard to plan special, educational activities for all our children, infants through Kindergarten.
Communication is key - that's why Polly Panda Preschool and Bridgford works hard to make sure the lines of communication are open between our staff and families. Should you ever any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Communication is key! Polly Panda parents can easily keep tabs on weekly themes, field trips and other happenings at our facility through our online calendar.
Polly Panda believes in a full-circle approach to education that's why in addition to our quality classroom curriculum we also offer families the opportunities to enroll their children in various extra curricular activities during their time at Polly Panda Preschool. All extracurricular activities are optional and conducted on-site.

Both Polly Panda and Bridgeford Kindergarten were the safe and comfortable home of learning that became the foundation for my very successful sons. They look back twenty-five years ago and remember the cozy home environment, the fantastic back deck, front yard play ground, the Little 500 tradition, the alphabet wedding of Q and U, and ohhh so many story books that became favorites that had to be read over and over... Our family cannot thank Marsha and her staff family for giving us all such wonderful, loving, caring, positive memories!!!

We have sent both of our kids to Polly Panda, one from 2 years old onward, and the other from 12 weeks till the present. The staff is friendly and responsive, and many of them have been there for a very long time. I really feel like there is good oversight over the entire daycare: they've made the effort to be part of the Paths to Quality program, and get audited each year. We are proud to be part of the Polly Panda family.

I’m really not one to publicly shame a business or company. But my child’s daycare Polly panda had 2 potential COVID-19 cases directly connected to the facility a few weeks ago, so we had to pull our daughter out obviously due to safety and health concerns. They choose to remain open and charge full price even if not attending. I got an email this morning saying they wouldw be so generous as to cut our rate into half while we keep our child at home for the next two months. They always try to nickel and dime you, they have special events come to the school and then they try to charge each

Everything was fine with this daycare until covid started in March last year. They sent an email asking if you can keep your child at home the better, but they still want to charge you when your child is not going there at all! How is that possible? We try to work with them and even offer to pay a fee to save our daughter's spot in the daycare, but that wasn't enough. Unfortunately if you want a money hungry daycare for your kid this is the place to go.

My son has attended Polly Panda for approximately six months, and I could not be more satisfied with our choice!
The directors, Tammy and Gail, have both been at the school for over 20 years. Their passion for high-quality early childhood education was evident the moment I met them. Every morning they greet my son warmly at the door and walk him safely to his classroom. I leave for work confident my child is receiving the best possible care.
My child loves coming to school each day and excitedly tells me about his day every time we drive home. The teachers at Polly Panda are highly skilled
