I had my two kids in this daycare and I didn’t like my experience at all. The management here is awful, though the kids’ teachers (infant and toddler rooms) were awesome and good to the kids, especially the lady in the infant room . But the management like I said is horrible, their communication is zero, the only day they were nice was on our first day to enquire about the place. Once we signed up, their true colors showed, it was rude all the way. Especially the person in charge. And no, most of the reviews you read here are not fake. Our daughter attended Kidscape for 2 years. Rooms were always clean and staff was knowledgeable, professional and nurturing. The staff here genuinely care about the kids. I would highly recommend this facility and question the validity of any bad reviews because our experience was five star.

My child attended Kidscape from the time he was an infant to five years old. There’s nothing negative I could say about the place. One thing that stood out to me was when we took a break from childcare while my husband was unemployed. My son had a hard time going back to daycare, and they did such an awesome job transitioning him back into the environment!

None of those reviews are "fake" and a lot of those reviews are not "ex employees". They are accrediable because they actually worked there for the ones that are ex employees. More than just a couple I see too. Not good at all
If you have anyone else still working there that still work there 4 months ago, they know who I am. My name is real. I picked my grandbaby up from there for the last 5 years. I'm sorry your business isn't as accrediable as it once was. Such a shame.

I am not ex employee just a parent of a kid that went there lol. I am entitled to my own option whether you like it or not. Thanks Pete Burns for your fake response! I would give 0 stars if I could since you guys locked up a 18 month baby in the building under your care.

My children enrolled at Kidscape about 2 months ago, I had several issues with the infant teacher Lauren I believed she abused my 12 month old son. They didn't have room in the toddler room so they kept my 1yr son who was to big to be in the infant room restraint inside of his crib, or sleep in a bouncer or they kept him locked in his high chair for extended periods of time so that he couldn't play with the babies... Both my children repeatedly stay sick since they have been enrolled at kidscape the place is filthy and the staff is racist to black children.... Please don't put your children in

I personally love this daycare and I think Brandi is very accommodating and welcoming along with her staff to my children and I. I couldn't imagine taking my children anywhere else!

My daughter has been attending for almost 3 years now and my son was a part of the summer programs during that time as well. I absolutely love this daycare facility and the staff. The meal plan is great, the facility itself is more than prepared and the learning environment is amazing. Some of these reviews trouble me, as I’ve never seen issues with the staff or the facility being unclean.

This place is something else where do I start. The assistant director Jill is beyond rude and don’t have any type of people skills. While work in a childcare environment knowing your going have all type of parents. They are more focus on receiving pay and there nothing wrong with that but when it come to delivering message such as if swipes are not made your child can’t stay. Let’s face it with the ccdf vochuers. Long as the participant has 25 hours they will get they full amount period. There no greeting of parents in the morning and lack of communication. My son has been attending Kidscape on Knue Road since he was six weeks old and he's now 2.5 years old. He enjoys going to school there and I wouldn't have it any other way. The entire staff is friendly and trustworthy. We're expecting another child soon and it's such a relief to have confidence in the care our next child will receive as well. Might I also add how much my son has learned while attending Kidscape! It's a joy to know that my son is in a safe place that is also very focused on making education fun.
