Bob insists that all of the food he prepares is fresh and homemade, starting with baking his own bread at 4:30 am! Bob found his love for cooking while spending countless hours watching and helping his through and through Italian Mother cook for 10 children. Combining favorites from his Mother 's traditional Northern Italian food, and then adding a"New York city flare", he created his extensive, delectable menu.

My wife and I came here for the first time tonight to celebrate our anniversary on a recommendation from our friends.
From the second we walked in, we were greeted with a big smile from the hostess and we’re immediately guided to our table. On the way to our table, we were greeted several more times by the managers and waiters.
The service throughout our meal was fantastic. My wife isn’t drinking because she’s pregnant and the waiter made her a mixed virgin drink on the house.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. My wife got the short rib and I got the gnocchi with truffle. Both dishes

The food-I’ve had better tasting food in the Italian restaurant of all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. The service-we had to ask the waiter to bring us bread basket after they already brought us appetizer ( baked calamari with soggy bread crumbs), also when they seated us there was only one cloth napkin on the table, we asked for more-they brought us a dirty one. And the restaurant was 1/3 full at the time of our reservation. 2 stars for the atmosphere-life music, the outside seating is pretty. Never again.

Probably the nicest restaurant on Staten Island. Great Italian food. Great service. Great atmosphere.
The meal started with some cocktails at the bar. Moved to the outdoor dining area, they have a beautiful view of the bay.
For the appetizer raw oysters, raw clams, fried zucchini flowers; dinner was the squid ink pasta with frutta di mare (my GF), and the pasta with broccoli rabe pesto, paired with a big red wine; dessert was torta ciocolatta, tiramisu, and espressos.

Great choice of italian food, I am not a fan of pasta but you can find meat/seafood in the menu
Don't expect the food to be ready soon, the place is overcrowded and the waiter can forget about your existence for 30 minutes after binging you the menu
Valet parking, so no worries about limited parking spots

Had my wedding here 5 years ago, so that in itself should tell you a lot about this restaurant!
Came back this weekend for Winter Wonderland brunch with my friend and we had a great experience! Beautiful setup, delicious food, DJ, open bar for 2 hours for $19. Highly, highly recommend #marusikapproved
