I would not recommend using this company. We (the buyers) used them for our home inspection and the engineer changed his mind on the report recommendations twice, which caused unnecessary confusion for us as buyers and for the architect who was providing the cost estimate. We submitted his report, along with the cost estimate to the sellers, as part of the inspection negotiations for credit at closing, and realized after the fact the the engineer at Daniels Consulting did not include a very important aspect of the structural issue - that the significant sag in the floor boards would CONTINUE OVER

I have reviewed these guys in the past but it seems to have been removed. I would NOT recommend them at all. (Less than one star if I could have.) We hired them for a major renovation. Two problems - first, they mistakenly calculated everything using the wrong joist measurements. Then, we were presented with drawings that were backwards.....twice! Supposedly, a less experienced draftperson got confused. THIS LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
