Services
Our experience spans a wide array of materials, systems, and building types, from the foundation for a light post, to multi-story buildings. We work with national architectural firms, individual practitioners, developers, academic institutions, contractors, and individual property owners. We can work as the structural consultant on your project team or with other IES divisions to provide a total project solution.
IES's ICC and ACI certified technicians perform third-party inspections including commercial and residential site development, medical, senior living, and educational facilities. Investing time and money in continuing education for all technicians ensures maximum value is brought to each client that we have the opportunity to work with.
IES operates a full-service, AASHTO accredited soils and materials testing laboratory on-site at their West Chester, Pennsylvania location. IES offers an extensive range of laboratory testing services which can be performed independently or in support of their field sampling/testing, special inspections, construction oversight, and/or geotechnical engineering services.

Ingram Engineering helped me with the structural design for a new set of staircases in my circa 1900 house in the Borough of West Chester. I was very impressed with knowledge of the engineers and the design they came up with. The criteria was quite complicated due to the age of the house and homeowners requirements. -Ethan Schwartz
