Animal Medical Center of Chandler has been caring for pets of Arizona since 2014. Since then, we have wanted nothing more than to provide our patients and clients with the best possible care. This led to our decision to seek accreditation with the American Animal Hospital Association-better known as AAHA.
Because we know your pets are beloved members of your family, we want to give them the quality care they deserve. Animal Medical Center of Chandler recommends that all pets have a comprehensive pet exam every 6 to 12 months, depending on their lifestyle needs. We know that the healthcare needs of pets change with each life stage, which is why we offer special pet wellness plans for puppies and kittens as well as adult dogs and cats.

A couple of years ago it would have been a slam dunk 5 star rating. The core group of vets are great but when there is a high turnover of support staff with increasing number of small errors, a red flag 🚩 goes up. Casual observation on most visits sees more and more clients. I salute success but the key to further success is managing that success.

We are so grateful for animal medical center of chandler. From the beginning the doctors and staff have cared to make this a positive experience for our dog. Thank you to Dr Diltz and her staff for going above and beyond for our Oliver and other pets. Won’t ever go anywhere else! This office is by far the greatest vet's office I have ever been to. My dog Nigel and I are clients for life. Nigel is a very nervous and anxious dog, and they are so patient and kind with him. They go above and beyond to make sure to do everything they can to ensure a somewhat comfortable visit for Nigel and myself each time he needs to come in. From the front office, to the vet techs, to the vets, every single person in there is nice, kind, and EXTREMELY helpful. I also have been so appreciative that I can text them and they respond almost instantly. Not only that, but if they have to ask a question

Animal Medical Center of Chandler is the ONLY American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited vet center in the Chandler, Ocotillo, Sun Lakes area of which I'm aware . (Only 15%-20% of Veterinarians in the U.S. & Canada have achieved this certification.) If you TRULY want the BEST care for your fur baby(ies), (dog/s and/or cat/s), this is the place to go!! They must meet atleast 900 quality standards in order to be certified! How many quality standards does your current vet meet? I am not sure words can describe how great this clinic is. We came to them due to an emergency situation and our normal vet could not get us in. The level of professionalism and knowledge from the entire staff and doctors was beyond impressive. Adding to the fantastic experience is the thorough and caring approach to our pet’s needs. Costs were disclosed and discussed through the whole process and there were no surprises at the end of our visit. This experience was better than most human doctor appointments I have had. We have been going to this office for such a long time now and we love it. The staff and doctors are all amazing! Our two dogs are always greeted very friendly and they are treated so good! I can’t say enough good things about them. Whether it’s surgeries or just regular check ups I never leave disappointed :)

Terrible Terrible place, I'll thinking about call BBB. I'm still upset all circumstances what they done. Crippled nail uneven, unnecessary charge. The owner sent me a letter and blamed on me. Spent almost $600 for nothing. They put E collar for protection but collar was too tight. My cat was choking, lost balance. Next day called Vet, she said that is smallest, second size is too big. Well collar was for dog not for cats.

This is THE most caring and accommodating vet practice I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I first walked in the door, and every time since, the entire staff has been wonderful. I have had every procedure explained thoroughly, every question answered with detail and the compassion they provide is authentic. I love all of the doctors and their Assistants. I would highly recommend this practice without any reservation.
