There is a huge disconnect between the therapists and the scheduling department - I met once for an intake ($40 copay) and was pleased with my therapist (I had seen this particular therapist about ten years ago - they recalled a fair amount of my story and that was heartening and time saving). The scheduling department called the next day and offered a date 5 weeks later - five weeks! When I said this was not acceptable, they said they would speak with my initial therapist and perhaps they could suggest another therapist on staff I could meet with sooner. Another $40 and start from scratch? No

Agree. They are very disrespectful. They don't call your one day before to remind you on the appointment. Their appointments are on the pages and don't use computer appointments. Admin staff has big attitude problem.

A waste of time and money. My daughter was worse off after therapy sessions with counselor, Kerry Fleming, than prior to visiting. Ms. Fleming did not address my concerns or problems. She felt is was better not to speak about them at all. But isn't that why one seeks therapy in the first place... to discuss problems you are having? She never responded to my phone calls or emails. And after writing a letter of complaint to owner, Monica Sosnowitz, I was told she was on vacation for two months over the summer and could address my concerns upon her return. Counselors have very poor skills and management
