My sister Lisa Collison arrived around 4 pm Jan.10th to have a mass looked at on her neck. It is after midnight and she still has not been admitted . She has diabetes and has not been checked since her MRI test. Nothing to eat or rechecked since then. Sugar is running high. How long does it take to get a room for God sake. This lump in her throat is serious according to the doctor and she has to wait 8+ hours before getting admitted . WOW.

I was just in the er because I have been so sick the past 7 days with I believe covid and in that time I haven't eaten and barely any liquid so I feel like I'm dying and as soon as I got my wristband on a triage nurse took me right back and as soon as I sat down she started yelling at me that I shouldn't have come in there and if I looked on the website I would know that. She was so incredibly mean and rude. I already feel so horrible from being sick and she was just so mean unnecessarily when I did nothing wrong. I just said nevermind and gave my wristband back to the nice lady at the intake desk

I was brought to this hospital via ambulance after being in a car accident. I am pregnant and made them very aware of this. I waited an hour before I was triaged and was unable to move from my wheelchair. They refused to let me use the bathroom before I was triaged. I was told the wait was 8 hours and that I’d be refused any sort of prenatal care or ultrasounds to check on my baby. I did not complete triage and I left immediately for another hospital to which I was seen the second I walked in the door. This hospital is awful. I’m incredibly disappointed that I have to deliver my baby here.

Good morning, I have been a patient at Tunnell for several years. It was nice to see that at the building next door to Tunnell, I could receive an mri and a mammogram. The problems occurred with the people at the registration desks. They were not polite or helpful either time that I went. The first time was this past Monday when I went for an mri. The information I thought I needed was in my purse but when I first entered the building, I was told I didn't need it. The registration clerk said I couldn't go forward with the mri because I didn't have the right information. She

First time at ER. Been to dozens of ER's over the years through out the country. It seem's like your in the 1980's. Never seen an ER run like this. Was in ER for 5 hours and never left the waiting area. Never went in the back. The doctor speaks to patients in the waiting area. Definitely not in the 21 century. Very bazaar.

The emergency room is horrible. My wife was having very serious pain and they made her wait over 2 1/2 hours. The guy at the front Dess is very ignorant. Medical care change so much in this country, now billionaires own all the hospitals. I listen to one talking about His investments in hospitals and he wakes up every morning and gets a report on his profits.

During my dads visit to Beebe hospital, he informed us that his nurse was not cleaning his kidney port properly after he mentioned it to her multiple times she wasn’t using bleach well fast forward 5 days later my dad was admitted to a much better hospital and ended up having emergency surgery due to a perforated bowel but unfortunately we lost my dad due to sepsis. Now I will never know what happened but Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

On October 25, 2021, Had to go to the Beebe Emergency Room, Lewes due to a chronic cough and being diagnosed with Covid. Saw ER doctor Lindsay Grubish. I have to write this post to say that she was excellent and spent a lot of time with me going over my symptoms. She prescribed the testing needed while in the hospital, which I agreed with. After my tests Dr. Grubish again spent time with me going over results. Overall I felt very comfortable being at Beebe Medical Center. I personally praise Dr. Grublish for the overall treatment that I received from her. Thank You.

Decent care. The staff did seem to care about my comfort.
Patient medical history is not regularly shared between departments. I showed up for what I thought was a routine blood draw. The PA I spoke with on the phone said I was all set and had nothing more to do but show up. When I checked in I was told I wasn’t on the schedule. After a few attempts by the person checking me in, I was told I’d have to reschedule. Wasted trip.
When I signed up for the plan I was required to complete a lengthy form for medical history and current medications. For the lab work one month later I was asked to
