Great facility and the staff is amazing! They quickly answer your text and make you comfortable about your appointment. They are so accommodating in a very crazy time. Getting a covid test to travel was easy and quick. Super nice staff and helpful. Clean and on time to meet your appointments. So happy they are in our area! Thank you for all that you do! I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff was polite and respectful. When you text from the website they reply back quickly. Minimal waiting time, I traveled from Harrington, DE and flowed the directions on the door when I got there. They replied to each text quickly. Overall I had a great experience there, would give 10 stars.

Aspira Health in Lewes was a very clean and efficiently run place. Dr Cox was so kind and explained everything I needed to know. She took her time and did not rush me out. The nurse was very efficient as well. Just a great experience. I especially liked the check in procedure from the car. No need to wait with other sick people. I waited in my car until a room was available!

I was so impressed with the staff at Aspira Health today. The Medical Assistant was pleasant & friendly, the P.A. who saw me was respectful of my needs & was a skilled clinician & a patient listener, my results came within the expected time frame, and I truly felt cared for. When I returned home today my stress level returned to normal, I felt calm & confident, my back pain dissipated, and I was able to resume working! Thank you Aspira, you are awesome!

Staff was very helpful greeting me & ascertaining my problem.
The nursing assistant was very helpful taking my vitals.
The doctor addressed my issue(infected wound) by examining its condition and prescribing the proper antibiotic to address this specific infection.
The physician had an excellent bed side manner and made me feel at ease.

"We're in the middle of a pandemic and it's the holidays" is a lame excuse for being totally inefficient and rude. We live in the 21st century and the scheduling "technology" you're using, combined with general ineptitude of the testing process, is asinine. My tax dollars are paying your salaries with the subsidies you're receiving from the government for the test kits and somehow, you're the only facility that in Rehoboth that has rapid tests . Better better and less rude!

We needed to be tested for COVID-19 in order to fly to another country for a vacation. We made an appointment and followed their procedures and we were seen immediately after we entered the office. The testing was quick. The staff was very personable and professional. Our test results were completed within 2 hours. We are very happy with our experience with Aspira!

Ensure that your visit is scheduled as a regular doctor's visit and not an annual physical - I was going to check up on one particular issue, and they told me it was a physical -- it was awkward because they had told me this was a physical half way through the visit. As a result, I wasn't able to get my physical as I would have liked, e.g., fasting, with my primary care, etc.
I requested an urgent care appointment (urgent care is fine) and had requested a refill of my prescriptions because they had given me a physical (that I did not request) - they told me they could not refill my RX

Did not feel week Monday am. Went to Aspira for a rapid test. Even after it was negative Sarah took the time to check me and ask some questions. A few days later I was worse and when I called they suggested I come in for an IV hydration and be tested to see what could be wrong.
It was so nice to be taken care of by a staff that truly seemed to care. I'm incredibly afraid of needles and Christie was especially careful. Just wanted to pass along some positive!
