This service includes a series of consultations and meal plans to help you discover the nutrition your body needs. My personal fitness journey started about 5 years ago when I decided I wanted to compete in competitive natural bodybuilding.

Will is a personal trainer/coach that legitimately CARES! He personalizes each and every workout for each of his clients and pushes you beyond your limits. I took a chance on Will and am very glad I made this decision. You are definitely going to work during EVERY second of your session. Come motivated and ready to work. I've met my goals and will continue to get into better shape and push myself. He's also has a rather flexible schedule and is understanding; take a chance on Will and YOU WILL NOT regret it. He also does group sessions if this is something that interests you.

Coach Will is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness including nutrition, training program design, and exercises. Coach Will wants fitness to be sustainable for every client and he is there at every step in your journey. He is very passionate as a coach and will do anything to help you reach your goals and more! You will be working out in his personal training “shed” and outdoor space he has designed for his clients. He incorporates challenging and vigorous workouts each session. He is always prepared with his clipboard and notes and has a TON of up to date and advanced workout equipment

Think outside of the Big Box Gym. Training is customized, professional, and personable, and encouraging! Will Stewart is a wonderful coach that knows what physical struggles are like and he can relate to where you are and where you want to be. Will is going to hold you accountable in your workouts, he will push you to do 2 more reps, lift 5 more pounds, hold it for 5 more seconds, and finish the entire set. He will ask you for feedback on training and where you want to improve. Then get ready to improve, because you will if you want it. He keeps it mixed up and interesting and every day and week

Shed the fat Fitness is Awsome. Trainer Will is very professional and polite. I was really scared when I 1st started, but Will immediately makes you feel comfortable. He is a tough trainer who knows what he's doing. I started with a lot of stiffness and pain. I am a work in progress but I definitely can tell the difference. My pain level has decreased. I m starting to feel better. I get a good quality work out every time. Will cuts no corners. I needed an extra push and believe me that's exactly what I got. Will is the best.🏋‍♂️

It brings me great joy to give Will a hard time, he rolls with it and encourages me beyond what I think I can physically do. I enjoy the outdoors agility course and the competition he’s organized with all of his clients, something so small pushes me a little harder to dig a little deeper. I would recommend STFF.
