Excellent property with great management. Incredibly clean, quiet, and quaint community. I lived here 7 years with no problem. Would highly recommend.

Ron and his wife Lynda are some of the nicest landlords I've ever had. If you clean when you move out, you'll actually get your whole deposit back (so long as you did no damage, of course)! They were always pleasant. The sole drawback is a serious lack of visitor parking. I just always had people park like a street over, on Eleanor.

Visually pleasing area with a decent location. It's very quiet, even though there are a lot if college students living here, such is nice. The property manager, Ron, is super cool.
The rent is much too high though. ~$1500 for a two (ish) bedroom, one being a loft. No pool, poor parking, poor "gym," and expensive laundry facilities. The deposit is also ridiculous.
If I was paying around 2/3 of what I pay now, I'd have no complaints, but $1500 for this apartment I'm in is insane.
