Dr. Bauer is the absolute best!
We noticed that our Maltipoo had been losing weight back in September/October. I took her to my previous vet who only does drop off appointments due to Covid. They informed me it was due to my dog's teeth being slightly loose. We scheduled a teeth cleaning the following week. They called me and informed me they could not perform the procedure because they checked her heart and she had a class 3 heart murmur. I was confused why they didn't listen to her heart when I first brought her in, but shook it off and scheduled and echocardiogram. This took two more weeks

Twice now the hospital has accommodated my pet for urgent care. I love how I don't get rushed out and am explained everything that is going on. I never feel like a nuisance when I ask for clarifications. They have a very sweet crew and great doctors who know that as pet owners we want to know as much as we can comprehend about our pets :)

I have to give a shoutout to Dr. Emily Fanton and her vet tech staff for their outstanding care of our feral kitty Patches. We've cared for Patches, who lives on our deck, for 5 years. She finally started showing interest in coming in the house. Yesterday was the day we took her to the Hollin Hall Animal Hospital to determine if we could safely… bring her in the house (we have 3 other kitties). Patches is very feral so they were unable to handle her, but they were able to sedate her and they spent over 2 hours running tests and cleaning her up. We were so excited her test results were good

The veterinarians and staff are great. Always willing to answer questions and patient with difficult pets. When my dog ate something she shouldn't and needed emergency care, HH was willing to see her rather than immediately sending me to an ER vet. I really appreciate them making the time to see her, especially when they seem busy all the time!
HOWEVER, they lose a star for not having a dedicated receptionist. Every time I call or go in, I'm immediately put on hold or have to wait while one harried staff member rushes around trying to help 5 other people. I don't mind waiting, but I feel bad for

The Hollin Hall team always goes the extra mile to follow up making sure our greyhounds are feeling their best. Yesterday, they called to confirm we didn’t have any additional questions and that our HeMan was… feeling ok after an emergency vet visit the night before. The e-vet sent them a report and the Hollin Hall team proactively reached out to us to close the loop on his care. Our pets feel loved.

After 20+ years at another local vet, we switched to Hollin Hall Animal Hospital on a recommendation from a good friend. To date, almost three years later, we couldn’t be happier. Not only do they provide… excellent customer service, but our experiences with Dr. Krasner and Dr. Fanton have far surpassed my expectations! Both docs have performed surgery on all three of my pets with much success. The follow up from an appointment or a procedure from this clinc is amazing. The above mentioned doctors have worked with me to find solutions to health issues that didn’t seem possible
