I had used A and C Services three times in the past. This year, they increased their count of the number of windows from 36 to 43, at $7 per window. While they were here, I asked to have the gutters cleaned. The cost was $150, other companies quoted $100. I emailed and called the company several times. Finally, the owner agreed to come to my house to discuss the charges; he did not show up for the appointment. Two months later, the Home Inspector and Roofer reported that the gutters are clogged. I'm done with A and C!

I found Alex of A & C Services LLC on Home Advisor and was so impressed with the huge number of very, very positive reviews they received. He called me immediately and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone ($7 per window inside and out!! My big, big picture windows count as 2 windows, natch) so I booked an appointment for the following week.
Alex and his young helper arrived on time and Alex then took a walk through and around my house to give me AN EXACT price. No surprises at the end of the job! Thank you!
