George is absolutely outstanding professional. He made our rugs look new, they are soft, and disinfected. He took the time to walk through his work with me and talk with me about practical solutions and recommendations to keep our white (ugh) rugs in great shape. He was respectful and really listened to our concerns and then also addressed them as well! Quick, respectful, knowledgeable, and truly cares about outcome for his clients. We will be hiring him again!
