In 2013, owner Tom Raschke felt something was missing in his life. After 13 years of working as a government contractor, Tom left his full time job and started Clear Choice. Since then, he hasn't looked back. Founding Clear Choice, Tom incorporated his passion of being physically active and re-awoke his interest dealing with people and in exterior cleaning.
This last interest began by chance, after his high school crush passed by his neighborhood on the way to her friend's house! Now after several years of seeing the results of his work and the bright smiles on his customer's faces, Tom knows he made the right decision.

This algae is actually a strain of bacteria known as Gloeocapsa Magma, and tends to grow on areas of your roof that are shaded by trees or get less sunlight, typically the north and west sides of your home.We only use chemicals approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). Once applied, our roof cleaning solution will remove the darkest roof stains, moss, lichen, etc. leaving your roof looking like new.

Clear Choice did a super job washing the windows in my house. It took one technician about 6 hours to clean all the screens and windows, inside and out, in my 3 story, single family house. He was very thorough, professional and personable. I highly recommend Clear Choice.
