Supervision of all association maintenance. Provide supervision of repairs to grounds and all other common areas including basketball courts, walls, lighting, parks and tot lots. Subject to approval of the Association, arrange for the contracting and supervision of outside vendors for all service, labor and materials necessary to properly operate and maintain the Project.

Poor availability. Zero contact other than to fine or collect dues, no call backs, "inspections" of property include areas outside the purview of the association. The landscaping continues to be in disrepair and there are countless properties in the neighborhood that exhibit some form of CC&R violation. This company is literally here to the money from our community and from property owners. I'd rather mow my own patch of lawn and take to my neighbors than pay dues to this useless company. .

Horrible HOA company. Doesn’t address homeowners concerns when they’re raised. I submitted a request months ago with no response. Also I was sent a nasty letter, filled with misspellings (super professional) about how my gate I created to hide my ugly garbage cans was unapproved by the HOA. The letter said I needed to submit a request to have the “architectural change” approved and had 10 days to return their form, without even including their form to return!! When I do get the form, I submit it and never hear back for 3 months, then get charged for the “unapproved architectural change”

My direct contact is supposed to be Kevin, but he can't even answer an email. His assistant Sara answer emails, but can't seem to get the grounds crews to ever show up, fix anything, or according to her - even take the call from her. This company is a joke.

I was contacted about a violation at my property in an HOA they manage. They sent me pictures and when I called to discuss was able to get a an explanation of the issue and they worked with me to get me some time to resolve the violation. Overall people in this industry get a bad rap as they have to send those notices and try to keep neighborhoods looking a certain way. Keeping everyone happy is next to impossible, especially when pointing out issues that need attention. I was treated well in spite of being the one causing them the work. They do a good job managing the community, I get e-mails

Called the emergency hotline for the HOA tonight to let them know this tree was about to fall down possibly on my house. Every time I go check on it, it has uprooted even more. If it doesn’t fall on my house it will on the tree in my yard and it will most likely break and bust the widows in the front of my house.
Sent all this info to the HOA and they are not worried about it. Was not given a timeframe on when this would be rectified. I had to call a second just time to get and update they didn’t think it was nessessary to call me back. Of course no one is concerned they won’t be the one

I was attracted to La Jolla Cove many years ago - attracted by it's well maintained property. I have purchased units at that location, managed by Snow Properties. I have had several occasions to contact Snow Properties with maintenance issues. In each and every occasion they have been professional and prompt. I am in the habit of leaving reviews when I am not satisfied - as I believe most of us are. All the excellent service goes unreported, which leaves a very overall distorted picture. The team at Snow Properties has always been prompt and courteous.
