Great experience from the beginning all the way to the end. I received a quote quickly. I was told that due to equipment supply issues, it would be a month or so before they would have the equipment to install. In about a month, I received a call that the equipment had arrived and scheduled the install. The installers showed up on time, and kept the work area very clean. Due to where the equipment needed to be installed, it was very tight quarters for the worker, but they muscled the equipment into place without any complaints. I highly recommend this company and they will be doing all my future

After an extremely hot summer and a 20 year old noisy A/C unit, I decided to pull the trigger on a new system. For the life of me I couldn't get anyone to call me back for an estimate, or they were 3 months out. After getting a couple companies to come out, I was less than pleased with the high pressure sales tactics. The upstairs of my house has historically been 10 - 15 degrees hotter than downstairs in the summer. Even worse during the recent "heat dome". So I called a few HVAC shops to find a solution. Jake from Anctil came out and pointed out an airflow issue caused by how the unit had originally been installed that the other estimators hadn't even noticed. Fixing it increased the price, but I was more interested in getting it fixed right than just going with the lowest bid. I can’t be more impressed with this company. I’ve ordered five A/C units in the past month and they have squeezed me into cancellation appointments for two so far. Chris came in response to a malfunction notice on our control panel. He carefully examined everything to determine it was an electrical issue due to some power surge and recommended an excellent electrician who took care of the issue after which Chris came back and made sure the connections and everything was functioning as it should. In the process he noticed some things on our siding of concern and took the time to mention it to me and give recommendations how to deal with it. I am very thankful for his attentiveness and above and beyond service.
