I love living in Westpark Plaza. The management here is the best. After a short trip out of town, my roommate and I came back home to our A.C broken. This is the first maintenance emergency we have had since we moved in a year ago. After getting in contact with the office on a Sunday evening (when the staff has the day off), Rochelle was quick to assist us by assigning the soonest available maintenance worker, Chris. My boyfriend and I have been living here since July and it has been amazing!!
Everyone in the office have been so great, they were patient when we ran into some issues getting paperwork together and made us feel at ease during the move in process. Whenever we have a maintenance issue, they are prompt and get the job done!
We love our quiet corner and am looking forward to experiencing all of the seasons here in Chico. Thank you everyone for doing an amazing job!

This apartment complex was my first place away from my parent's house. I lived here for 3.5 years. I absolutely fell in love with this place. It has definitely set my standards extremely high for my next place. I felt at home here. The staff is lovely! Every single one of them is always so helpful and kind. They're all incredible people. II have lived in this community for 4 years. There are many plants in the community. There are swimming pools. There are regular parties in the community, such as movies and barbecues. The community management staff is friendly. There is no need to worry about that your package will be lost. It's very convenient that your package delivered to the office.

I highly recommend living at West Park Plaza. To begin, the staff is friendly and work hard to make sure you are happy. Maintenance is always completed the same day you request a work order, which makes it one less thing to worry about. The apartment complex is quiet and safe. Upon moving in, our apartment was clean, everything was working properly, and ready for an easy move. I lived here a total of three years and would sign another lease if I were to stay in Chico.

I had the pleasure of living at Westpark Plaza for this past year and I really wish that I could have spent more time there. I was in Chico for four years while I completed my undergrad and living in this complex was the first time I felt that I could call some place other than my hometown “home”. The staff at Westpark Plaza are great. Everyone that I came into contact with including management, the leasing office staff, and maintenance specialists, were caring and personable. This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly, they fix any issues right away, and they are very understanding. Although the apartments are in a not so great area, the complex itself feels extremely safe. The only downside is that they continue to raise rent every year and say it is to compete with other rentals around it. Besides the price increase each year, I loved living at Westpark. I would suggest it to anyone looking to rent!

I have lived here for 2 years, going on three years because I just renewed my lease again. I am an international student from China, and the staff has always made me feel comfortable and at home. Anytime I have a problem they are always available and willing to help me. I recommend Westpark Plaza to anybody looking for an apartment.

I loooove Westpark. Beautiful scenery, laundry on site, and maintenance guys. Our apartment had a lot of broken stuff or just piece of crap equipment but the maintenance guys were glad to help. They really make an effort to make this apartment complex look nice. Next to the complex is a conveniently placed bike path that takes you straight to campus. Watch out-- sketchy people can be there sometimes but as a young adult female I was fine. They are really nice at the front desk too. They try to make you feel at home as much as they can. I lived here when I went to college back in the day. It was a great experience. I felt safe and everyone was friendly. I lived in a studio and then a 1 bedroom. Great place for college students, especially those who don't want to get wrapped up in living in the downtown craziness. It's much quieter here but still a college atmosphere.

I lived here for a year awhile back. This place is like a hidden gem of Chico.
The location isn't ideal, but this place is awesome. For students, the bus stop is like a 1 minute walk outside the complex. It's pretty close to the train tracks, but I rarely heard or was bothered by it. It's really beautiful, with a lot of trees all over the grounds. It can block out a lot of the sun though, if you like sunny rooms, but we saved a ton on our energy bill because it was so shady during the summer. This is a great place to live. I lived here for a year and half and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. One of the best parts is how quickly they'll help you! I would recommend this place to anyone especially compared to other places Ive seen. Parking is wonderful and don't need to worry if anyone is in your space or if you have people coming over. They take great care of the apartments and the surroundings. Its a quick trip to campus and its super quiet for how many college kids live here. I would absolutely check it out if you need a place!

I lived here for 2 years in a single 1 bedroom apartment. The 1 bedroom had a walk-in closet, high vaulted ceilings, tons of cabinet and storage space, a decent sized room with an attached bathroom and a gas grill out front that comes standard with every apartment. The staff are all extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions or work orders you have. They host community gatherings and contests. Overall the community is relatively quiet and safe. Lived at Westpark Plaza for one year. Was mostly satisfied until the end of year. My dad and I spent hours carefully cleaning the apartment before moving out so I could get my $500 deposit back. Asked Westpark if they would do an inspection with me on a Saturday so I didn't have to take time off work. Even though the office is "open" Saturdays, I was told no one could do an inspection on a weekend. After I moved out, Westpark staff told us that there were some cobwebs and bugs on the window sills and that the carpet was dirty even though we vacuumed throughly and the carpet

The Westpark Plaza apartments are nice enough but there are a few negatives I experienced while living here. One is the location, located on 4th Avenue, the apartments are right off of Cherry Street which is easily one of the scariest and most dangerous streets in Chico. That being said the complex feels safe but coming and going sometimes does not.
The other major problem I had with living here is that the security deposit stays with the apartment. So when I moved out at the end of my lease and my roommate stayed, it was apparently up to her to deem how much of the deposit I got back. A dispute

I just renewed my lease here at Westpark Plaza for another year. I love it here! They offer cheaper washing machines and dryers. The pool is great and the staff is excellent. They're quick with repairs and they are always pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking!
