Is this the absolute worst place to live? No. Should you live here? No. It looks and sounds nice but it’s really not. It feels more like a hotel than a home. I never wanted to be there and the staff didn’t make that any better. They were rude to me almost every time I spoke with them. For example at one point early on the power went out so we went to see if maybe it was scheduled and we didn’t know about it; instead of the employee, who’s name I won’t mention, saying she didn’t know and it wasn’t planned, she said “I don’t know I’m not PG&E” in a very rude tone. The community itself is beautiful and has a whole lot to offer to its residents.
The main concern seems to be communication. Most issues in this list of comments are all situations that if brought to managements attention, could be resolved.
The spacious and luxurious units are luxury for a reason (YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET).
Expect to pay bills and do your research because I can tell you that you will most likely pay a lot more at other places.
The community furnishes apartment homes and has to make sure that all units are well kept and they are doing a great job at what they do.

This is one of the worst places to rent in Chico (check my photos). I lived here during 2017-2018-- when they first opened.
The management DOES NOT care about the tenants, the people responsible for YOUR check. The manager Lachelle is very rude and created so many problems for me while I lived there.
My original roommate never showed up to live with me so for the first 6 months I was living alone. This was okay at first, besides the fact that they lied to us about the amenities they had. They told me before they built the complex that it would have an elevator

No down payment, half off first month of rent.. it sure sounds nice until they get you locked in a lease and you realize the mistake you made. I wouldn't live here again even if it was a last resort! We went through about 3 managers during the first few months. The staff is made up of mostly college students with nasty attitudes and most of them don't know how to do their job. Whenever I had a problem the only response I would get in return is an I don't know or I'm not sure. The management especially is notorious for giving excuses as to why she can't do her job properly.
