Services
Lisa lives in Sullivan and has been working for Sullivan Dental Clinic for 34 years. Lisa and her husband Gordie have 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters. In her free time she enjoys being with family and her grandchildren, and flower gardening. Ashely lives in Windsor and has been a part of our team at Sullivan Dental Clinic for 6 years.

Dr. Christopher Havlik is the newest member of our team here at Sullivan Dental Clinic. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Following his undergrad, he completed dental school at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in June of 2019.

They are so kind and patient and did not make me feel bad because I let me teeth go bad. Very understanding that I had a issue with a previous paradontis that made me scared of dentist in general. Highly recommend. Price is fair and service is A1 . They had did a partial for me and it fits like a glove. Thank u
