I grew up in the West Suburbs of Chicago in the town of Wheaton and moved to Edwardsville, IL while in High School. After graduation, I attended Washington University to complete my undergrad. In 2005 I furthered my studies at Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine. My path to dentistry started with a spring break trip my Junior year of college.

Dental implants are a permanent and appealing solution to replace missing or extracted teeth. They are better than other alternatives like bridges because no additional teeth need to be altered to place the new tooth. The entire implant process is performed over the course of a few months. The first part of the process is to install the implant itself, where a screw is placed into the jaw bone.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I highly do not recommend applying at this place. I applied here at some point in 2019 for a position as a dental assistant and didn’t get an email back until mid January 2020. They didn’t even actually call me. I got to my interview and waited in the waiting room for quite a while before getting interviewed finally in a loud, sketchy storage room. I was told by Cari Flood that I got the job and she asked when I was able to start. I told her I would have to put my two weeks in at my current job, but I would call her as soon as I did. Dr Blake and everyone at Charleston Family Dental are great.The candy ring my sister gave me to ask me to be her bridesmaid, broke my tooth. My appointment was made quickly and tooth fixed easily. My daughter recently had her braces removed. Dr. Blake's team made the process pleasant from start to finish. I am grateful for their great customer service and I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

First of all I would like to say that anyone that knows me knows I am scared of the dentist so with that being said I want to say that Dr. Blake and his staff were AWESOME. I had a chipped tooth and needed it fixed. I got in there and they all were very nice and when Dr. Blake came in he made me feel comfortable right off. Showed me my Xray and explained to me what he could do and instantly just said let's do this. I thought I would be there for a couple hours getting the work done and I was only there a bit. He ended up fixing a couple cavities and fixing a couple chips I believe. I can't wait
