Planning a Florida Destination Wedding may seem like an overwhelming task, especially if you will be planning it from outside of the state of Florida. That's why we want to make everything as easy as possible for you. Just consider us your extended family down here in Florida helping you plan and arrange all the wedding details for your Florida Destination Wedding.
Thank you for your interest in Sand Petal Weddings for your Romantic and Intimate Beach-side ceremony. WE will also need a signed contract and deposit to secure your date.
Once you have secured your date with us, we will mail out to your postal address a welcome packet that contains all kinds of information pertaining to the area including, but not limited to, ocean front resorts we recommend holding your event at, nearby restaurants, things to do in the area, like parasailing and jet ski rentals, hair & make-up vendors and transportation suggestions, like trolleys or limousines and area maps!

Romantic Florida destination beach wedding, complete with Deluxe' ceremony dcor, 4 post Bamboo canopy, up to 60 white chairs with covers & bows, officiant, wedding coordinator and a live musician. Your ceremony includes the romantic Sand Ceremony with cloth draped table at the altar, a keepsake glass heart jar and various colored sand choices.
Weddings will be held on Lido Key Beach. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Not valid on Holidays or with customized packages. The Chickee Hut Event package is available year round located minutes from the Famous St. Armands Circle. We also offer a budget friendly beach BBQ Destination Wedding on Siesta Key Beach, Lido Key Beach, Casey Key beach & Long Boat Key Beach.

I can’t say enough positive things about Sand Petal Weddings! I was planning a destination wedding in Florida from the Midwest and these amazing women made it a breeze! Every step of the way, they were there to answer my questions, get clarifications, and get everything planned to the last details. I didn’t get to meet anyone in person until the day of but I already felt like I knew everyone. We were very happy with how everything turned out and ran smoothly. The decor, and setup was breathtaking, and my guests were in awe. The food was delicious and the cake was just - perfect. The staff was incredible and friendly as well.

Me and my husband had an amazing experience with Sandpetal Weddings (SPW). If you are looking for a destination wedding in the Sarasota area, the choice is easy! The pictures we posted don't even begin to show how perfectly their team executed our dream wedding. Cathy and Lisa are exceptional at their job and attention to detail. From the ceremony to the reception and even the planning process was a breeze. I could not recommend this team more! We had very specific ideas and SPW made it all happen. Sand Petal Weddings is a horrible company. They pressured us to reserve a date and pay an initial deposit of $2,500 for their services,practically overnight. We then decided 1 month later to have our wedding in our home state so friends and family could attend. We gave them notice of cancellation more than 9months in advance and they refused to refund us ANY of our money. They said the money was spent on vendors but could and would not provide any proof of deposits or time billed. They have since cut contact with us and will not answer any of our calls or E-mails. In short,save yourself the heartache
