I was born and raised right here in Lee County which is why I have such a passion for selling real estate in my hometown. I became licensed in 2004 and for the past 16 years I have absolutely loved this business and everything that has come with it. I opened Banyan Realty and moved into a 1920's building that we purchased in Downtown Fort Myers.
Hope Hobbs was born and raised in the Midwest and has been living in Ft. Myers for almost nine years now. Hope has an early childhood degree that she earned from the University of Southern Indiana and was hired by the University's Children Center to develop a two-year old program. After Hope had her own children, she went to Cosmetology school here in Ft.
Tina Silcox is a 4th generation native of Fort Myers Florida. Living through the growth of Lee County gave her the passion of Community Development of her hometown. Tina has been a member of Smart Growth and the Metropolitan Planning Organization for Lee County helping to preserve the tropical paradise we live in.
For well over 20 years Gwen has been a managing partner with a local appraisal firm that handles the appraisal requests from the Federal Bankruptcy Courts. She and her partner pride themselves with the care they handle each case and with over 30,000 appraisals performed by the company and their reputation speaks for itself.

I used Courtney as the listing agent for a house I was selling in the McGregor neighborhood of Fort Myers. She came highly recommended, and she delivered. She's very savvy and frank (which I appreciate). And when things took an unexpectedly worrisome turn with the first buyer late in the process, she was very adept at finding a second buyer and closing the deal. If you're looking for a listing agent in Fort Myers, she's the one you should go with.

Courtney is the greatest realtor of all time! Courtney made the selling and buying process easy and as stress-free as possible. With her guidance, we went under contract on my townhome within 5 days, and my boyfriend's home went under contract in 3 weeks...Both during the pandemic.
