They got the nerve to be asking for too much for units that they should be way less the what they charging, the unit that I was supposed to be viewing by appointment at that, they rented and didn't even have the common courtesy to call and tell me, as many homeless people in this town, they should be a little more open to someone who has the income to pay for those over priced rooms, because that's exactly what they are ROOMS, ridiculous, and if I could they would get NO STARS

Hands down, Zivkovic & Associates is a five-star operation that provides excellent service. We rented from Rob for five years, through Irma and 2020, and communication and support was always polite, timely, and attentive. Applied for a 2bed 2bath agent called my job, made me send tons of documents, called my current landlord and I’m sure he gave me a good review she kept pushing for info from my last rental which i removed my name from the lease months ago, she claimed she called and couldn’t verify me living there, then she said they said i had a remaining balance from the property and that my application had to be rejected per their policy, and that I couldn’t reapply after the balances were paid. Applied directly for a property from the realtor website, paid application fee and followed up with additional emails regarding the property and my information. Had no response for 2 weeks and then was told I "you applied but did not put address of unit." Then told it was no longer available but another one is. Like I'm really going to pay more money for nothing. Unprofessional

Helena is the Best Property Manager there is. She is respectful, Kind & appreciates all the tenants. She will over and beyond to help you and the funny part is she isn’t even my property manager..Yet my property manager is incompetent and could careless about the tenants. Juliana is disrespectful and does not know how to communicate with others or communicate with fellow co workers on a certain situation. Tenants at my specific location are in love with Helena. She gets things handled when tenants are having issues and that is not even her job it’s juliana yet Helena treats her position more
