Uptown Property Services is a family owned and operated business serving Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties. Having a great deal of passion and success in real estate over the years, Stacy Garcia decided to offer her knowledge and business approach by creating a real estate company to help every buyer, seller or investor also achieve that level of satisfaction and success.
Stacy is the most helpful agent I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very active with clients, early in the morning or late at night, she was there to help us. We had some issues with the seller and Stacy was there to assist in getting us closed. My wife and I spent three months in a property that was managed by Uptown Property Services.

Uptown Property Services is the best Property management company that I have had the pleasure of working with and I have moved several times in City and have used several different brokers previously. Unlike the other brokers, they took the time to learn what I was looking for and showed me several places that met my needs. They took the time to explain things that were good about each place and things that were not so great, in order to ensure that I found the right place for me. I really appreciated how honest they was--something that is rare to find these days.

Writing this review about the property manager at my building, She is incredibly responsive, good communication, definitely adds to the feeling of clay street being a home vs a rental.
Any time I have an issue she's a text message away. I know in advance of any building maintenance thanks to the timely emails.

I was looking for someone to handle my 6-family building in Flushing after years of trying to do it myself with a full-time job. It was taking a lot of my time and although I felt I was doing a great job I felt I needed someone to handle it day to day. A friend gave me a referral to Uptown Property Services. So far, the leasing process with Uptown Property Services has been fantastic. They were quick to answer all our questions about the process and the property. We were told it would take five days for our application to process and it was done in less than 3 days! They are very clear in what is required to apply and lease. She was personable and professional, as was everyone else we met in the office. We are excited to be leasing with this company because they seem very organized and on top of things.

I have been a renter at a building that Uptown Property Services has been managing for 3 years now. He has been the property manager that I have contact with. He has given me his cell phone number and I can communicate with him at any time. He is really good with communication and always goes above and beyond when it comes to repairs. Everything is explained and we speak with him like a friend. I’m happy they are managing our building.
