Services
You won't be disappointed here! We had lunch here twice while staying at Pueblo El Mirage RV Park. The first time my husband had chilaquillos and I had a cheese enchilada with their delicious refried beans. The entire meal was excellent and made to Perfection. Also our servers were very attentive and spot on.
We'd love to hear your comments, questions or suggestions regarding our service and our quality. Please fill the following fields. We will respond as soon as possible. I love this place, has really great food along with super friendly service. Visit about once a week for a meal. I am a Deluxe Burrito fan my wife gets the Steak Fajitas which are also sizzling good!

First time visit. First of many. Enjoyed a delicious lunch of a selection of various authentic Mexican entrees. Our server Paula was on her game. Very pleased to see all the staff wearing masks.

The review with 5 stars was not for this restaurant which only recently opened in late 2021and was NOT even open a year ago. The reviewer was addressing the food at Rio Mirage Cantina & Cafe which is jist down the street from Pueblo El Mirage which is the best Mexican food in El Mirage & near Sun City.

We are so happy to have found you again. We will miss having you so close but will be back for our regular Wednesday evening happy hour. The new location is beautiful and we loved the food, atmosphere and the music. Had my mother in law singing at supper. Thank you

Disappointed ☹️ For $11.50 I Ordered a to go (see below for my inside dining experience, which is why I order to go this time) Mexican pizza, came with an obvious thinned out layer of cheese, ground beef sprinkled in the middle, no pico de gallo as described and cold by my 4 minute drive home. Looked like a hurried event with no care to preparing my meal. My salsa container was small to begin with for my chips, it was half full maybe 2 teaspoons. My inside dining experience a month ago was poor as our wait staff was hurried and treated us as an inconvenience rather than a patron. Being 'busy

I ordered take out and it was fair. But, I couldn’t chew the chicken in the taco. The cheese enchilada was very small and plain. The beans and rice were good. For the price, ($10+ total) I would have expected more food and for it to be hot. I know they are short handed but they definitely need another cook.

Stopped in for breakfast. Tried the Chilaquiles, and it was excellent. The chips and salsa were quite tasty. The employees friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for breakfast. Looking forward to trying lunch and dinner as well.

Red chili is like tomato juice, ground beef tastes weird, cheese crisp is not like real cheese on a real tortilla. Someone needs to go to Carolinas for lessons.

The food was delicious! Best carnitas I have had in years. Prices are very reasonable. Their location is no longer on Olive, they are located on 99th near Peoria.

Trying to call to place an order...still.... in order to use a groupon we bought. Called different times for the last 3 WEEKS. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
Just rings and rings. Today, the phone rings, and automatically goes to a dial tone. What kind of nonsense is that? The deal I purchased expired on Sunday 11/7. Tomorrow. BTW, they are STILL SELLING THIS DEAL on yelp and groupon.
C'mon, ppl. Stop it. It's also damn near impossible to get a refund. Ridiculous.

After a while I thought I would give Bibiano's another try. I tried to order online but their online order form did not look anything like their menu and could not locate the daily special. I decided to call...sat on hold for 3 minutes. OK they maybe are busy.

The woman was very pleasant and I placed my order. I figured I would get the items I most enjoy to compare them... chicken chimi (daily special) with rice, beans, chips, and salsa. I also order flan (love flan and a good Mexican food place will have amazing flan. They also had horchata (hard to find).

The order was ready when I walked

The second time was not the charm. Ever try to eat a drippy, wet burrito in the car or anywhere? This burrito was haunted by the watery addition of sour cream or pico de gallo. Plus it had way too much pico as well. The burrito started dripping after two bites and half of it ended up in the lot or it would have been all in my lap. Will try again with new choice.

We had a groupon and were glad we stopped here. Yum! The enchiladas and tacos that came with the Groupon were delicious and a great deal. Also it should be noted that they have 2 entrances-one specifically for takeout. I feel like they are taking the safety precautions seriously and we will definitely return!

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon on a recommendation, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered red menudo with corn tortillas they serve it with fresh cilantro and white onions... oh what a delight... complimented with a cold Modelo Especial from a bottle into a perfectly chilled glass with lime... The chips and salsa are home made, not that chunkie stuff, "salsa roja, salsa verde" Ladies that were working on Sunday, were happy to serve, took cleaning off tables and disinfecting after every customer left to heart. I'll be telling friends and coming again. Thank you...

Amazing, simply amazing. With the pandemic going on Paula (the owner) has not only managed to stay open, but somehow improve on her already awesome food. Of note, the ground beef enchiladas are the best in the valley. The nachos are now served on a cheese crisp platter....amazing!!!

Hidden gem on 107ave and olive near Safeway. Best Mexican food I had in Arizona. The beans are auténtico to what I remember growing up eating in my mom's kitchen. The carne asada fries with the pico and guac bomb. Menudo to die for. Good price point also can feed a family of four for 40 bucks. Staff super friendly. Will be back for sure.#supportyourlocalbusiness.

Been here a few times and they always make me happy! Once I ordered breakfast at about 11 am, and they were out of potatoes. So I ordered the Taco Salad and boy was I surprised! It was absolutely wonderful and the taco bowl the salad came in was fresh and crisp! I didn't eat the whole bowl, but I would of, if I wasn't full from all the great stuff inside the bowl.

They always give you some fresh chips with red and green hot sauce when you sit down. One time when I went for lunch they were out of chips and were making fresh ones. I didn't mind because I only eat a few of them out

I've been to Bibianos maybe a 1/2 dozen times in the last year. Food has always been good. This last visit, I had the street tacos, I chose 1 each, carne, carnitas, and adobada and they were delicious. My lady had the rolled chicken tacos, she said they were a little dry but good. My sis had her go to, cheese enchiladas, as usual they hit the spot. Only con is sometimes the service is a bit slow. I don't blame the servers, they seem busy, but it seems they could use maybe 1 more to even things out. Knowing that I would still go back. The street tacos are my new favorite when eating there
