Siam Thai Cusine
Siam was the former official name of Thailand, for hundreds of years (1300's - 1900's). Disagreements over the name change has resulted in some going back and forth with the official names. The last name change to Thailand occured in 1947, and so remains to this day. The reason we chose Siam Cusine as the name of our restaurant is that most of our recipes have a long history, and were originally created during the Siam age.

This is the wonderful Thai-traditional experience we want you to enjoy during your visit. The place in general was very welcoming and the food was delicious and it had that ancient Asian atmosphere. Excellent food, great atmosphere. Their fried rice is some of the best I've had in a long time: I like that they aren't afraid to put some seasoning and msg in there.

I'm VERY particular when it comes to Thai food...this establishment met the challenge! We were immediately greeted with a warm & attentive host. Menu and drink orders were handled expeditiously with timely refills! The food was authentic and of course I ate too much ! If you're craving Thai food you won't be disappointed!

Goodness Gracious I was not expecting what happened tonight. I was home, looking for a new place to try, and I glazed over this restaurant. I ordered their beef curry and egg fried rice. When I arrived, what was inside blew my mind. Their restaurant is clean, tidy, elegant, lovely, peaceful, warm, and very tasteful. I loved being inside of it. I only ordered to go so I left without eating there, but next time I will go to eat there. It would be a wonderful place to take a date that you want to impress. The food was spectacular. It is the best curry I've had in Arizona and the Egg Fried Rice

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. My usual order is papaya salad, Tom yum soup, beef jerky w/ sticky rice, pad thai. The food is always delicious, one of my go to Thai places on the west side of town.

Panang curry w/steamed tofu.... Yummy. Well-made. Not crazy salty. Nice flavor. Papaya salad... Tasty. Could be a couple bucks cheaper.

The best Thai Cuisine you could ask for. The lemon grass soup is amazing and is must have. I have been coming here for years and recently moved, I gladly drive 30 minutes to eat here. Please give it a try when you can.

We were a group of 7 adults and 2 kids. It was a weekday lunch party. We ordered for appetizers promptly and it was served within 5/10mins which was quite fast. And thereafter when we ordered for entrees the service was fast too. The decor was cozy. It was clean inside(not the washroom).
Now let’s talk about food. My oh my! I was correctly directed by my friend to such an amazing delectable Thai cuisine. I had Thai cuisines at various other places but this one is really amazing. Be it their hot and spicy noodles or green curry. Chowmein or fried rice. Everything was fresh and cooked just how

Very fresh and delicious. I was surprised to find a spot in this location with this good of food. Don't judge the outside for what they are doing on the inside. Can't wait to come back and try more dishes.

Loved their food, and I've been searching for a good Thai place for a year now. Their fried rice is some of the best I've had in a long time: I like that they aren't afraid to put some seasoning and msg in there. The smokey/savory flavor is something that seems hard to find in the area, and you certainly won't find it at a place like Panda Express.

I would also recommend their green curry. I love how light the sauce is.

Okay stuff:
Wanton soup: crispy vegetables and good broth, but is even better if you add a little soy sauce and their green chili oil to it.

I wasn't feeling too hot so my sister decided to send me some lunch via DoorDash today. To my surprise it was curry, my fav! My sister picked the pumpkin curry (level 5 spicy) and Thai tea for me.

The curry is so fragrant. I've never had pumpkin curry but holy moly is it delicious! It's sweet, a little spicy, and full of flavor. I really loved the bigger chunks of charred pumpkin in the curry. I can't wait to try more things here!

10/10 would recommend the pumpkin curry. Next time you're craving curry, give this place a shot. You won't regret it!

Adequately sized place, with some larger tables for bigger parties. The staff was friendly. I got takeout, during my wait, there was no place to sit and wait. As usual, I tried a curry and pad Thai. Yellow curry with chicken was today's choice, I found the taste to be mild and out of the norm, they used red skinned potatoes in the dish. The pad Thai was as equally mild, where you normally find a burst of flavor. The food was good overall.

TL;DR: I have been to a fair amount of Thai joints in my time, and Siam ranks highly among them. If I'm being honest, it's my favorite. Their yellow curry is unparalleled. When you ask for Thai Hot, you get it. Everything I've tried has been good. Flavorful food, excellent service, wonderful ambiance. Everything here is authentic. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot; you won't regret it.

Siam Thai is a gem, a veritable joint. This a family-owned restaurant, run by actual Thai people. It's situated in a dilapidated strip mall, next to some unsavory businesses

Didn't mind the slightly overpriced dishes after tasting how rich and genuine all 3 dishes were. Thai food is one of those foreign foods that you can easily distinguish as having been cooked with care & love and Siam is legit. Very rare to witness such a deeply flavorful Thai restaurant. Will be back very soon...

Finally found a great place in Arizona for stuffed chicken wings aka Angel wings. These puppies are huge crispy stuffed with delicious meat, noodles and vegetables and one of the best dipping sauces I've ever had. I have also had the pad Thai which is excellent and looking forward to trying new things at this restaurant. I only come here when I am out on the west side taking care of business. But I think on the weekends I would come out here and take the drive solely for the food. The staff is very typical tie and very very nice and attentive to detail and they take pride in their restaurant

Open for dine in during covid. They have limited capacity to keep everyone spaced apart.

Great service.
Food was good. I got the pad Thai (spicy) and chicken salad (larb) medium spicy. Both had a lot of flavor and the portion size was really good for the price. Will definitely be back. I also loved how spicy was actually spicy and medium actually had a kick. Their Thai tea is also good as well, not overly sweet.

I have my staple Thai spots but was driving through this area and wanted Thai so decided to stop in. They're taking precautions with masks, hand sanitizer, and social distancing. They are allowing take out and dine in.
I got the chicken satay and vegetable pad see ew. The pad see ew was disappointing, not much flavor, barely any noodles, and had celery.. never had or heard of celery in pad see ew.. won't get that again... Buttttt the chicken satay is so good! Comes with 6 skewers and a delicious peanut dipping sauce. That I would get over and over again.

You know a Thai place is good when you leave smelling like the food.

Also the waitstaff are Thai.

There are difficult to sit in elephant chairs (mainly because they're heavy and you can't move them without quite a bit of force).

The papaya salad was one of the better ones I've had in the US. Honestly.

I got the typical pad kra pow (basil) and they did an excellent job spicing up that $h*# for me. I just dislike the overly fried tofu asian places tend to give you when you order vegetarian with tofu.

Oh I almost forgot. I totally overlooked this place due to the lack of signs

First a reference point; we came back from Thailand in April 2016. This food is authentic in flavor, ingredients, and presentation.
Atmosphere is nice with traditional Thai music and decoration. Service was quick and friendly with a Thai smile.
Food quality is high with all the required Thai ingredients. Spice level is true to Thailand. If you need to tone it down, order one level below your normal. If you are a medium spicy, order mild.
So far this is the best Thai food we have tried outside of Thailand. With exception to the wife's home cooking of course. :)
Highly recommended.
