Pizza comes in a wide variety of styles thanks to the fact that you can put almost anything on it, which is why Paulie's Little Bite of Italy offers an extensive menu of signature pizzas to cater to even the most unique of tastes. Baked in wood-burning ovens for that perfect thin, crunchy crust, every pizza is handmade to order with tomato sauce made from scratch, the best cheeses, and other high-quality ingredients.
First visit since new ownership. We were promptly seated with menus and cold water. Our server Jodi was attentive and ensured our order was correct when ordering and after our food arrived. We enjoyed salad, pizza, and wings. Everything was as advertised; no surprises. This is probably our new favorite restaurant for pizza.

Everything was soooo good! Portions are small-medium sized so it was great for sharing. 2 of us shared 5 items and everything was delicious. It was my first experience with dim sum and dumplings and I'll definitely be back. It was fairly priced, actually thought we'd pay more considering they prep the doughs by hand right in the kitchen.

Farabe and I came here for a quick lunch while we were in the area. Upon entry, the restaurant was empty except for the employees. The restaurant was clean and had a nice modern aesthetic to it.
Towards the kitchen, you can see the staff cooking and making the hand pulled noodles. I ordered the seafood fried rice ($15) and was told it would be shrimp with crab meat. I was assuming actual crab meat but, was given a few flakes of intimation crab meat instead. The rice itself was bland and had no flavor. I requested some additional soy sauce and hot oil and that really spiced up the flavor profile

There are so many good meals for lunch. I had the soup dumplings in there, and the waitress is so sweet. She told me more about the Chinese food. The fired beef bun is also so good. I will eat it 100 times. I’m so happy there is restaurant for my lunch. I want to give them ten stars if the google maps can. Hope everyone can taste the Chinese foods because it’s so nice.

Really nice experience! There are so many traditional Chinese food on the menu! I can tell that they have nice service while I was dining in. And the food here isn’t very high in calories, which is great for me to keep fit. I do like the shrimp&pork siu mai, and it is the most delicious dim sum in restaurant. If you come here, I highly recommend you order it! The pork dumplings were also good as well. Of course I tried some other dishes and they were all tasting great. I will come back because their wonderful foods and wonderful siu mai!
