Thank you Station Row staff and neighbors. I absolutely loved living at Station Row in Providence. The staff is wonderful to the tenants. Cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming beautiful atmosphere were important to me, I got it. I enjoyed the grill area, the park across the street and accessibility to the city. Due to COVID -19 I have relocated to the west coast. I hope my next place has someone like Manny to tend to the details in a timely, professional manner. Thanks also to Katy for great follow up and follow through.

So sad to be leaving! Could have lived here forever. Station Row was simply an amazing experience for us. The building is clean, and wonderful to live in. Coming into an apt building after being homeowners for many years, we were hesitant to rent. We lived here for just over one year while we renovated a home. From the beginning, all of the management team from Corcoran have been simply outstanding to work with along the way. They are courteous, professional and resourceful. Everyone we worked with along the way are all consistently top notch. Manny and Gus are the best in the business from a maintenance

As a commercial airline pilot making a move all the way from Guam for work, my partner and I researched a variety of locations within the providence area. From the time we arrived for a tour, we were warmly welcomed and felt like we were home. The entire front desk and maintenance staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. Big shout out to Jared. This move of 8,000 miles was extremely complicated and he has been amazing every step of the way.. We couldn’t imagine living anywhere else with our two children, and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, clean, friendly

We are sad to leave our home at Station Row Apartments. The proximity to downtown, restaurants, East Side neighborhood as well as the train station is really great. Our apartment is a 2br/2ba unit with a small balcony on the 5th floor. The apartments are very nicely appointed with all the amenities one would want, and many that are hard to find… in an old city like Providence (central air, central heat, tankless hot water, garbage disposal, in-unit W/D, Gym, rooftop lounge...etc. Pet friendly aspect is really nice as well. But above all else, we cannot speak highly enough of the management

The management staff of Kelli, Jared and Manny are some of the best people I've ever encountered. They make living in Station Row so pleasant and will go above and beyond to help residents in any way they can. The apartments are well appointed, with lots of natural light. We faced the river and had a beautiful view of the park. The gym is really nice and you are so close to shopping, restaurants and Whole Foods.

The location is right near the train station. So many options for shopping, dining, strolling and entertainment.
We met quite a few people who work in Boston, but get to live in a luxury building that would be unaffordable in Boston.
