We know parking in Providence can be a pain and parking bans during the winter months only make it worse. At 257 Thayer, we have a controlled access underground heated garage available for our residents who wish to add parking. Tired of walking to the Nelson Fitness center? We will have an on-site 24-hour cardio and fitness center available for your use.

Nick Bibby, renowned wildlife sculptor and RISD graduate, created "Rafi", an Indian rhino, who will reside at 257 Thayer's community room. Help him feel at home with a strong RISD student presence in our community.

We have also commissioned Forbes 30 Under (Art and Style) honoree and Society of Illustrators NY Gold Medalist Victo Ngai, a NY based illustrator from Hong Kong, who graduated from Rhode Island School of Design, to create the custom illustration pictured below.An original illustration will also hang in the lobby of 257 Thayer when completed.
