Julio left a very detailed report and brought up issues during the inspection that I never would have thought of. He was very flexible when I had to reschedule the inspection. He arrived early to the condo before I did for the inspection. As a first time home buyer he was very helpful!

I used Condo Home Inspections LLC to have a house inspected after entering contract with the original owner. I am buying from out of state and needed to fly in to see the house, and I wanted to be there for the inspection. Due to this constraint, I had to schedule and reschedule our appointment very last minute. They were very responsive and a great help in ensuring I could attend the inspection. Worked with Julio Patino for a condo inspection yesterday. He was efficient and thorough in his process from the moment that he arrived and met with our real estate agent. His communications and responses to questions were clear and quick prior to, during, and after the inspection.

I called Julio for a 2br condo inspection and he was able to come within 3 days which was great (on a Sunday morning no less!). The inspection was very thorough, took almost two hours and he pointed out every detail to me and explained how to perform routine maintenance on my first home which was much appreciated. The report received was very thorough and detailed everything with photos and diagrams to explain.
